Choose a coloured Pokédex and later get the corresponding starter Pokémon

I have 2 questions. Where can I find the script for this pokemon starter selection?

2. Lets say I change the pokeballs into a pokedex. 3 different pokedex's, Blue, Red and Green. How can I make a special event that when choosing a pokedex I get a pokemon? For example, I choose a Red Pokedex, I get Charmander.

In the game I want to make the player choose a pokedex and later on someone gives the Pokemon depending on the Dex they chose.

Any support is appreciated!
