Christmas espisod?

    did you notice they did not show the pokemon Christmas espisod.

    if you don't remember it was about Jynx and Santa. ash and friends found Jynx who had Santa boot and need to give it boot back. so they help it.

    where was it. it was christmas last saturday. they shold have show it.

    why don't they show it. i only seen it once. i want to see it again. (every christmas at least)
     
    Just go out and buy the VHS/DVD title 'The Poke Corral' *Sp on Corral*, It`s only $9.99, And it features 2 Seasonal Episodes + 1 Old boring episode :)
     
    but do you really want to see it every year? nearly every other show in existence (points finger at simpsons) have christmas episodes that they play each year, ad nausea, and soon it would become boring
     
    I've never heard of that episode. Is it a Hosou?
     
    It's a normal episode. I think the one they're talking about is "Holiday Hi-Jynx". I have a feeling that they didn't show it because of Jynx. Reason is because of the Racial thing that went on a while back. (With Jynx being Black.) So that could be the only reason, to me, why they wouldn't show the episode.
     
    I think it was banned.I heard it was banned because of reglious belief.It showed Santa Cluas and that must have been unnecessary to the people of pokemon because of different beliefs.That is what I've heard it may be true it may be not.
     
    Actually, I know why it was banned, but I can't go into it too much on this site. Check the section dealing with banned episodes for more information. Now that you gave the name, I know what you are talking about. It is one of the ones that never aired in the US.

    As far as the Christmas thing goes, Japan wouldn't have a banned episode just because it deals with Christmas/Religion. Otherwise, about 50 percent of the Animes they make would be banned for that. Evangelion, Big-O, Wolf's Rain, Blue Sub (subtle). Those are just a few.
     
    i remember seeing it when pokemon was just out in the US like it 1st or 2nd year. didn't thougth it was banned thougth. Seribii.net does not have it under it banned list. but i do remember hearing that all Jynx es. were banned butthat can't be true because the Cartoon Network showed the Jynx and Prima es. all the time when it comes to it. any reason?
     
    Does it really matter? There are, like, 100 other shows on TV presenting you with Christmas specials. Besides, it would get boring if they kept showing it every year.

    but i just want an reason why they don't show the es. of TV. and i don't want to hear because it was banned. because that Jynx is black racial thing is just badderdash. their another reason behide it.
