I own a PS3, and I love it. However, people look at my games, and ask: "Where is Uncharted 2, or God of War 3? If you own a PS3, you must have those games!" Well, I tell them this: "I have played those games, but I just didnt like them. They were too cinematic. The camera was always making the game look cool, with movie-like angles, changing everywhere I go. I felt like I was playing a movie! But...I didnt like it. It didnt help the gameplay, but made it worse, in my opinion".
So, being the huge Pokemon fan I am, I have been closely watching all the new Black and White news. Everyday it seems like there is a new screen. However, all these screens have the camera looking at the player in weird angles, and changing as you move, like in Uncharted 2. It is very cinematic, but I dont like it. Tell me your opinion on the new cinematics in Black and White. Do you like it, love it, or hate it?

I actually don't mind the way this whole action cam thing looks, but I'm not entirely sure about the cities. But like you said, I just hope it doesn't go overboard and make me dizzy when I'm trying to find a Pokecenter :P. I'm just hoping it will keep things lively and fresh throughout battles.

Cinematics? (maybe like super mario glaxey? (1&2)

Gahh if pokemon went like that. i guess im fine with it as long as it dosent go to over board?

in one or two places are fine... but if the whole game is like that...
it would definitely ruin the over-all game for me =\

We're simply not used to it. I can't say if I like it or not. I'll probably end up loving it, though :)

I'll wait to play it through first, if it makes me sick like SMG did, then I'll complain haha

Keep in mind this is only in one area. Hiun City is huge, which calls for a different camera angle. In the regular routes the camera is normal.

if you don't like it, doesn't mean everyone else does it. Uncharted 2 and God of War III are two of the best games ever created. Also touching on what MistahDude said, we only have footage of one area having a different angle. That's it. It doesn't matter if the battles have different angles. It zooms to the Pokémon, zooms out to the traditional view, and zooms out when the player throws a Pokéball. Other than that I don't see any camera changes to the game.

Never said I wanted others to agree. Like I said, I just want to hear others opinions, no matter if they are like mine. :)

i would like to have an adjustable camera, for my own convienince and everyone elses, and the ones who complain like "oh noez pokemon is supposed to be 2d nintendo killed pokemon" (no offense)

i like the fact that the camera changes view. i just hope it doesn't go crazy with it.

As long as they don't over-do it with the camera angles then I suppose I'll be willing to give it a go :)
