yes its shiny but i dont know the IVs but its at LVL1 so maybe it was iv breed are you still interested

no buddy the person told me it wasnt a hack they had it IV breed i promise but if you get it legitimately hack check and it coms out hacked i will give you any poke you want thats how confident i know its not hacked
 
yeah i understand and if it is please believe it was not of my doing and i was never aware of it. youl get full refund if it is
