Where is the claims thread and how does one claim a pokemon?

Claims threads are stickied (usually) within a relevant section, so the pokemon claim thrad would be within Pokemon General -I assume-.

in that thread it's in the pokemon general category and you just post what pokemon you want to claim but remember your only aloud to claim up to 5 pokemon only

Nah, I changed the rules so it's five.
