3rd Gen Cloning

No, Emerald cloning doesn't mess anything up if you do it right, if you move any Pokemon besides the cloning you lose your Pokemon you cloned but if you do it right its 100 percent safe.
 
True that. I've cloned about a hundred Pokemon total, and nothing bad has happened to my Emerald, so...

Curse my friends and they're obsession with having multiple legendaries... XP
