I have an update on the progress of this.

I have managed to breed the following.

Whismur 1: 31/31/x/31/31/31, Male, Lonely, Soundproof.
Whismur 2: 31/x/31/31/31/31, Male, Modest, Soundproof.
Whismur 3: 31/31/31/31/x/31, Male, Timid, Soundproof.
Whismur 4: 31/x/31/31/31/31, Male, Quiet, Soundproof.
Whismur 5: 31/31/31/31/x/31, Female, Modest, Soundproof.
Whismur 6: 31/31/31/31/31/x, Male, Modest, Soundproof.
Whismur 7: 31/x/31/31/31/31, Female, Modest, Soundproof.
Whismur 8: 31/31/31/31/x/31, Female, Docile, Soundproof.
Whismur 9: 31/31/31/31/31/x, Male, Adamant, Soundproof.
Whismur 10: 31/31/31/x/31/31, Female, Admant, Soundproof.

I have a couple of 3-4IV Rattled Whismurs which I'll be using to breed a modest 5IV one with one of the modest soundproof males.

Another update! I managed to breed a 5IV modest Whismur for you.

Whimsur 13: 31/31/31/31/31/x, Male, Modest, Rattled.

Added more pokemon to my want list. If I collect enough HA pokemon, I'd like to open a breeding shop eventually.
 
I would be interested in a Froakie with HA.
I'm breeding Skrelp with HA 5IV and even managed to get 2 6IV.
 
when you get the bulbasaur, breed me one please too. Also I'll get a Snivy from you. I'll have a proper look tomorrow as I know I have a lot you want too.

I have the bulbasaur now and I can breed you one. The Snivys are ready to go right now. You have a lot of rare ball pokemon which I'd love to get so I'm definetly up for trading with you.

If you're looking for eeveeloutions I can breed you some 5IV HA Eevees with egg moves and you can evolve them according to whatever you want them to be if that suits you.

That would be cool yeah. as we'll be trading quite a bit I might as well do that as I need all of them. I'm gonna get some dream ball eevee's though so we could use one of them so they were all dream ball versions.

I'm getting more stuff tomorrow as well but I'll just assume you want every rare ball I get.

Perfect. If you can get me a dream ball Eevee I can breed you some good IV ones. If it has HA then it makes my job easier; if not then it's no trouble.
