    story said:
The Empire of Britannia has invaded Japan using giant robot weapons called Knightmare Frames. Japan is now referred to as Area 11, and its people the 11's. A Britannian who was living in Japan at the time, Lelouch, vowed to his Japanese friend Suzaku that he'd destroy Britannia. Years later, Lelouch is in high school, but regularly skips out of school to go play chess and gamble on himself. One day, he stumbles on terrorists 11's who've stolen a military secret and is caught by a member of the Britannian task force sent after them, who is Suzaku. As the rest of the squad arrives, Suzaku is shot for disobeying orders, while the military secret, a young girl, gives Lelouch the power of Geass, which makes anyone obey any order. While Suzaku is secretly made the pilot of Britannia's brand new prototype Knightmare, Lancelot, Lelouch becomes the masked knight Zero to lead the rebellion to destroy Britannia once and for all.

Still ongoing, Code Geass is a new Mecha/Military animé which is already liked and discussed many at many places. Watching the episodes might be kinda hard since sunrise licensed them, so ya know what happens when you post the episodes at youtube or elsewhere ;) If anyone watched it or is going to watch it please tell ;)

I watched a few episodes of Code Geass and thought it was surprisingly good for a Sunrise show. Then again, I'm a mecha junkie. Lancelot is so beautiful. And Fukuyama Jun is such a scene stealer as Lelouch. The first OP theme, Colors, totally rocks.

(Oh, and Pizza Hut FTW! =D)

Clamp designs + mech shows = instant win.

I think this is easily the best show of the past season, really glad to see that it got extended for a second season. Granted I'm still on episode 19, but I'm sure it'll keep doing as great as it has been lately.

Its a really good show, CLAMP designs, mechas look awesome

and pretty complex characters too, interesting plotline, and an amazing anime in general.

Oh, and Code Geass isn't liscensed...i don't think

Code Geass WAS licensed is the correct term I think, at youtube every Code Geass related videos were removed since they received a copyright notice from Sunrise claiming it their work. Still, when you go to youtube NOW you'll see Code Geass all over the place, thus I think it isn't THAT licensed anymore.

Few things to point out. First, you can't lose a license in the span of a few days. Two, Sunrise is the actual Japanese studio that produces the anime, they have all right to want those videos removed. Officially, the series is not licensed.

I watched an episode of this, and I was quite impressed. I need to stop being lazy and start watching more of this.

The plot is exciting, but the first few episodes had me feeling curiously detached. However, it's an interesting series as the story starts picking up on episode 3. The animation is great, and the mecha-on-mecha battles are entertaining to watch. When the rough spots and the politics are aside, Code Geass really does have a lot of potential, and it's improving throughout each episode I've viewed. I only found out about this anime recently, currently seen 11 episodes, and I'm certainly going to take the chance in watching the entire episodes of the series into consideration.
