    Hey forums!

    I have a new question! I am wanting to add a feature similar to that which was showcased in Insurgence:
    Stat Change overlay!

    I have no clue where it would go but I can totally make the right graphics for it given time. I was hoping some of you expert coders could lend me a hand there?
    what would I have to put, and where?
