Cold Wave Abuse in Warrior?! (YGO)

    The idea is don't use Cold Wave if you have a ton of spells in your hand. I play it because I run more monsters in warrior. Neway here is the build.

    1 Dark Ruler Ha Des

    Spell: 19
    3 Cold Wave
    2 The Warrior Returning Alive
    2 Reinforcement of the Army
    1 Enemy Controller
    1 United We Stand
    1 Mage Power
    1 Big Bang Shot
    1 Mystical Space Typhoon
    1 Dark Hole
    1 Scapegoat
    1 Heavy Storm
    1 Premature Burial
    1 Book of Moon
    1 Card Destruction
    1 Snatch Steal

    Well I mentioned this.


    2 D. D. Assailant are better than 1.

    Another Big Bang Shot will will work so well in this deck because there is not much to stop when Cold Wave is played.


    I would'nt really use 3 Solem Judgement. 2 is good enough. Put in a Sakaretsu for that. With the Life Point paying from that and Injection, it could be risky.

    Mabye you should try Jinzo or Molbius the Frost Monarch or Slient Swordsman Lv.5.

    They will work as great tributes in the deck.

    Magician of Faith instead of Blade Knighth will be good. It let's you re use Cold Wave. I don't have nonthing much to say. Exepct the deck looks well. I'm sure the other's will.

    That's why I run three. Don't need her; she's not useful in advanced format because it's too hard to fetch her out.

    Yeah, but it wont hurt. Fetch? I knew I forgot something. You should add Sagan in there. I helps well. You have RotA to search your warriors but it can't search all and it' get's the other types.

    This is funny. Cold Wave can't be abused in any build, more so in this it just won't work. I also lol at all the singles. Your funny cause D.D. Assiliant is really good, and what have you been smoking, she's really easy to fetch, less than the Warrior Lady, and Don but all you need to do is play a Reinforcement, and if you have 2 then you will most likely draw one easier than if you have one. You and your logic ph4il sir.:\
     
    Actually, the card that doesn't make sense in here is the Dark Ruler...

    Oh, and 3 Solemns with IFL is WAY TOO MUCH.

    It may look crappy , but it's quite good. We duel on AIM and it really worked well. Pheonix deck vs this.

    It has a lot of stragety. I won but he did a better fight.

    ...But you didn't mention the Dark Ruler part.
     
    *stands with Mullet* no >>; It just makes way too many dead-draws and kill yourself. Better to use Giant Trunade in most scenarios. Let Cold Wave be in its own little universe of Cold Wave Lock decks.

    Frostweaver has a good point. Trunade is good for this kind of deck. If you Truande my Torrential Tribute you would have won in our duel earlier. Give it a try.

    Also, I'm thinking about trying Non Aggression Area if only for casual play. Cold Wave + Non Aggression Area = your opponent can't do **** next turn.

    And add more potential to dead-draws and even resource drain to your deck?

    Cold wave decks can't possibly have more than 14 magic cards... and even 14 magic cards maybe pushing it...

    Not a good Idea. Too much focous on the combo. May take time and Non Aggression Area will take time to play.

    I think your deck will work better that way. It's worth a try.
     
    I never said I was using NAA and Cold Wave in the deck together for TOURNAMENT play...0_o. I was just saying. Cold Wave's enough for me.

    I know. 'Casual play'. It just seem to focoused. Worth at try though.
