Levels should be good enough...
I would advise using legendary dogs but seeing as you don't have any one them in your team, I guess you don't want to use them...
Are you trying to snag the Tyranitar or just beat him?

I'm planning on using the masterball glitch on it :3
I'm also avoiding using the legendaries, i find them cheap to use, plus the fact i have my full team set as of right now
