I loved Pokemon XD Gale Of Darkness very much, since is very intressing game to play, plus you Get to capture Lugia my favorite pokemon, I think Pokemon XD is more intressing than Pokemon Colosseum,
 
I have played both, until I was blue in the face, and can not honestly chose which one is better. They are very different from each other, mechanics and plot, and are for people looking for different things. Right now, I would have to say XD, but maybe that will change.

Edit: But I love Miror B's theme equally. Colosseum's was funny and XD's was amazing.
