I got a used version of Colosseum about two weeks ago, and I'm wondering if there is any extra equipment I might need in order to transfer my pokemon to the GBA. (By the way, I'm playing it on the Wii, just in case any necessary equipment might only be Gamecube compatible)

Transferring Pokemon from Colo/XD via a Wii works the same way as using a Gamecube.

All you need in addition to the GBA/GBA SP is a 'GBA-GCN cord' - one end plugs into the GCN controller slots in the Gamecube/Wii, and the other on top of the GBA (next to where the game pak goes). That's all you need to have.

I would serioualy recommend getting the Nintendo brand of the cord bobandbill mentioned. I bought a MadCatz one and it didn't work, and then I bought another one because I thought the first one was faulty and that one didn't work. Maybe I was just using it wrong but eh, first party stuff is almost always better anyways.

Also, when you're transferring, first you'll save at the pokecenter in your GBA game and then in coliseum, but you'll have to turn off the GBA and turn it back on again to activate the trade. If you just wait there, nothing will happen, so be sure not to make that mistake like I did =p

i got one in a pack which had a game cube, colosseum, pokemon box and a conector for the gc.
if u get the connector which r pretty rare you can pulg it into the gc controler slot and transfer to the gba.probably work on the wii.

How big are the wii dics are they the sixe of a gamecube disc
...Not quite sure about the relevance of that question to transferring Pokemon from Colo/XD...

But anyways, the Wii game discs are easily bigger than the Gamecube game discs. But the Wii plays both of them, if that's what you're getting at... A Wii disc is around (if not) the size of a regular CD.

Yeah. I got my used cord from Gamestop. The people are very friendly there. ^.^

Well, get the Nintendo one. I got some silver one that didn't fit into the slot. (The plastic thing was a bit thick.)
