Colosseum translated town names

Could somebody please tell me where I can find a list of all the translated town/cities names for Colosseum? It's confusing to read through a walkthrough with Japanese names and then have to figure out what they are in English. Thanks.

I looked on their site and I don't see a page with town name translations.
