Question: Comment telling me to join a new website... Report?

Yes. Dont hesitate to report anything you feel breaks the rules around here. The staff will have a look and sort it out if the person has indeed broken a rule

That comment looks old. You don't need to worry about it. You can delete messages from your profile by checking it and hitting delete in the moderation drop box found on the Visitor Message tab of your profile
