Common holo misprint?

    Today I bought a booster of EX Holon Phantoms and instead of getting the normal rare holographic, I got a holographic Horsea (delta). To my knowledge, common Pokemon aren't supposed to be holo, only reverse holo.
    Is this a misprint?

    No. That's how the sets around that time did the reveres holos. I think every set from FRLG in 2004 to the last of the EX sets in 2007 did that for their reverse holos. It has the set logo in the picture, right? And I do mean the logo, not the symbol.

    Well great. I got two Horseas in that pack and my rare was a metal energy. ; _ ;

    Well, sometimes that's the way things fall. I've had my fair share of both crap packs and packs carrying gold mines.

    This is true. In fact it's rather amazing how well balanced the packs are to keep us shelling out the dough for more of them. At the least, there's almost always something reasonably decent. Most of the time there is something good. Occasionally we get those packs where we can't believe our eyes.

    Those beautiful, beautiful packs. *wipes away a tear*

    One thing with Pokemon, I've always felt satisfied as a customer.
