Community Pokedex

OK my last thread outlining the idea for this was closed for some reason, but I'll make it anyway.

The idea is that as a community we come up with 100 new pokemon, for use in hacks. The format for this thread will be:

Type 1:
Type 2:
Image / Description:
Ability:

For example...

Name: Eelectra
Type 1: Water
Type 2: Electric
Image / Description: Electric eel pokemon. Grey-blue with slight white glow. Long, thin.
Ability: Livewire - any physical attack used on Eelectra will inflict 10% of the damage back, with a 10% chance of paralysis.
Gender Ratio: M 40:60 F
Height / Weight: 5'11, 14 lbs
Pokedex Entry: Usually found in calm waters, it feeds on small Remoraid by hunting them down with pure stealth.
