Wow.. a skin contest. Um, so all we'll basically need to do is to just make a banner that we can enter. That's the minimum right?

Pok?mon Palace Network, Zapchu Evolution, Seafoam Island, Victory Road and (I think? o_O There's a placeholder for it) #free_pokemon

one question. What if you get someone elce to make it for you, but it was completely your idea? Like if I were to absolutely control what it looks like, but not do it(I dont have any good versions of paint, and no brushes) whould that count?

not bad, Bugsy ^^ just, in my opinion, you shouldn't have combined the abstract brushes with that style, and try not to make the transition from the abstract part to the smooth part so quick - combining those two styles creates tech, which is a lot harder than having 2 layers xD. but good job, anyway, to everyone ^^
