Competitive battling question

    I hate fighting full teams of legendary but that is what I have to fight every time I click that battle button. My question is where is the site that has that "official" ranking tiers list and rules and also what site can I find people who are always looking for battles obeying those rules. I thought it was smogon but I cant find the tier list just some of the rules.
     
    Hmm. I think if you want to have fair battles, you should have your game sync, and do ranked battles. Yes they are ranked but more fair because most legends are banned

    It is affiliated with Smogon, along with using related tiers. It's quite popular on this site, if you want people following such rules as are there, and has a general audience as well. If you just want a list of rules and tiers, that might be somewhere more directly related to Smogon, but someone else might know if there's a specific, commonly known site associated with that.
