3rd Gen complete pokedex

hmm never heard of that before
im sure ive caught a feebas in the rain
anyway my berry glitch is fixed now,
just traded like 40 pokemon to my sapphire
 
Yeah, the rain doesn't make a difference on Feebas at all. And Feebas only appears in 6 of the water tiles in Route 119, out of something close to 400. I was lucky, my friend caught one within half an hour, and it was female, so he bred me a second one and I now have a nice Milotic :-)
