GREAT TUTORIAL!! It's so easy to understand!
But i do got one question: With the changing of Charizard with unzl gba, wich number is Venusaur in LeafGreen? Because it's not 2010.

Hey, question..

What if you wanted to put two pokemon sprites in there? How would you do that?
 
I'm just saying not sure if it'll help but Colez, have you tried two sprites in one image, and then in NTME putting them in different positions?
 
hey can anyone tell me how to realign the Pokemon logo? i want it in the center instead of the side. plz and thx.

Hey, this tutorial is really good, but there's still some problems I have.
1. When I index the giratina image to bright green, it indexes it, but it turns any black on the outline to bright green as well.
2. When I check the rom on vba after writing the sprite to the rom, the tile map appears instead. However, when I write the tilemap to the rom, there's just a glitchy space where the sprite should be.

EDIT: Now I can't even import the palette on APE.

Hey, I love the tutorial. I thought I had followed it really well, but apparently I've messed up somewhere. This is what I got:

That information is being used for the 256 color titlescreen!
 
I try and open my rom passes gamefreak blah black but when the title screen is suppose to come up it just goes black and freezes. Any ideas how to fix?
 
Great tutorial ! But i've messed up.. The background is black and the usual background is IN the sprite ! And you can see the green background on the sprite, any idea about whats wrong ?
 
Hey I was using the first bit of the tutorial to change the charizard on fir e red it was going well untill i tried to use ape, i get the message you talked about then i reload and get the next message you talked about but as soon as i click ok ape closes so i cant carry on. If anyone knows how to fix this please help
 
When editing the titlescreen, I followed every step you said but the titlescreen does not change.
 
What if this is what you got for the Latios in place of the charzard after every step?
