Earthquake hits Fairies hard already, so there's no need for Poison Jab for Garchomp. Instead, Garchomp can use Stone Edge to hit fliers (especially Togekiss) or Fire Fang (to hit Skarmory, Scizor, Genesect, etc.).
Mega Gardevoir should use Hyper Voice as its Fairy STAB; otherwise, use its regular form with Moonblast, as Pixilate is useless without Hyper Voice. Gardevoir also has a hard time setting up Calm Mind because of its terrible Defense. Gardevoir would also run Timid on all cases, despite its middling Speed:
-Hyper Voice
-Psyshock
-Shadow Ball
-Focus Blast
Nature: Timid
EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Gardevoirite
Ability: Trace
Non-Mega Gardevoir should use Moonblast, not the Mega version:
-Substitute
-Moonblast
-Focus Blast
-Shadow Ball/Psyshock/Will-o-Wisp
Nature: Timid
EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Leftovers
Ability: Trace
or
-Wish
-Protect
-Moonblast
-Will-o-Wisp/Heal Bell
Nature: Calm
EVs: 252 HP/4 Def/252 SDef
Item: Leftovers
Ability: Trace
or
-Moonblast
-Shadow Ball/Psyshock
-Focus Blast
-Trick/Healing Wish
Nature: Timid
EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Choice Scarf
Ability: Trace
Why are you using Jolly on Galvantula when it's meant to be a special attacker? Timid is the better nature in this case. Sticky Web already slows down grounded switch-ins and Galvantula can eliminate all of Magic Bounce users with its STAB moves (Espeon and Mega Absol are weak to Bug Buzz; Xatu is weak to Thunder), so there's no need for Thunder Wave:
-Sticky Web
-Thunder
-Bug Buzz
-Volt Switch/Hidden Power (Ice/Fire)
Nature: Timid
EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Life Orb/Focus Sash
Ability: Compound Eyes
It seems to me you're using specially defensive Goodra. It should look like this:
-Dragon Pulse
-Flamethrower
-Thunderbolt
-Toxic/Dragon Tail
Nature: Calm/Sassy
EVs: 248 HP/8 Def/252 SDef
Item: Leftovers
Ability: Gooey/Sap Sipper
Steel Pokemon synergize well with your dragons, like Ferrothorn and Scizor (choose one Steel):
Ferrothorn:
-Stealth Rock/Spikes
-Leech Seed
-Gyro Ball/Thunder Wave
-Power Whip/Protect
Nature: Relaxed
EVs: 252 HP/208 Def/48 SDef
Item: Leftovers
Ability: Iron Barbs
Scizor:
-U-turn
-Bullet Punch
-Superpower
-Knock Off/Pursuit
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 248 HP/252 Atk/8 SDef
Item: Choice Band
Ability: Technician
or
-Swords Dance
-Bug Bite
-Bullet Punch
-Knock Off/Superpower
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 252 Atk/4 SDef/252 Spe
Item: Life Orb
Ability: Technician
or
-Swords Dance
-Bullet Punch
-Bug Bite/U-turn/X-Scissor
-Roost
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 248 HP/152 Atk/108 SDef
Item: Scizorite/Leftovers
Ability: Technician
or
-U-turn
-Bullet Punch/Knock Off
-Defog
-Roost
Nature: Careful
EVs: 248 HP/84 Atk/172 SDef
Item: Leftovers/Scizorite
Ability: Technician
This team is screwed over by Talonflame, so Wash Rotom checks it:
-Volt Switch
-Hydro Pump
-Will-o-Wisp
-Pain Split/Rest
Nature: Bold
EVs: 248 HP/216 Def/44 Spe
Item: Leftovers/Chesto Berry
or
-Hydro Pump
-Volt Switch
-Will-o-Wisp
-Pain Split/Thunderbolt
Nature: Modest
EVs: 228 HP/60 SAtk/220 Spe
Item: Leftovers
or
-Volt Switch
-Hydro Pump
-Hidden Power (Ice)/Thunderbolt
-Trick
Nature: Timid
EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Choice Scarf
