Wait, what if I choose B and don't go to sleep that night. Then I couldn't die, because the conditions were that I wouldn't wake up in the morning. This must have all been a test to see who can find this loop hole. I guess I win.

No, the conditions were that you will fall asleep. Some things force sleep. Perhaps this would prevent any "loopholes". But there is no doubt about it. If you go to Room B, you will fall asleep and you will not wake up.
 
Room B, because I'd rather not be a living dead. I'd rather be a dead dead.

Figuratively speaking, that is.

(actually, I'd consider my case first. For example, if there was a fairly good chance I could get appealed... I'd go with A. But this seems to be under the assumption that you 100% did a the crime)
