I have a Metagross EX TCG card which I think is from 2007, the confusing part is that it is not shiny/holo. I have not seen any like this before or even after searching the internet. Is this a one of a kind?

Sounds like it might be from one of the theme decks of that era. Could you give more details like the set symbol for it? Or just upload a picture of it as an attachment to your next post in this thread?
