Confused about Snag Ball code

I'm extremely new to working with Essentials, and while trying to implement Shadow Pokemon, I realized that I didn't properly include Snag Balls because I couldn't figure out where to put this.

$PokemonGlobal.snagMachine=true

Either I'm going blind, or the Wiki doesn't actually say where it's supposed to go. Anybody feel like helping an amateur out?

You need to put that in a script command in the event that you want to give the snag machine to the player. You use it the same way as setting mystery gift access.
