Confused, snorlax with whirlwind and counter?

Hi can you help me?
I have pokemon heart gold, and I realy want a snorlax with:

REST
SLEEP TALK
WHIRLWIND
COUNTER

How can I get whirlwind and counter on the same pokemon? Do I need pokemon emereald or something?

I know it doesn't sound like a good moveset and will suck against ghosts. However it works perfectly with my team. If I am not allowed such a moveset in competettive play, I would still like to know how i can get such a moveset for battling friends with.

You can teach Snorlax Counter in gen III (https://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Move_tutor#Kanto.2FSevii_move_tutors). Whirlwind can be learned through breeding with a male Tropius that knows Whirlwind in gen IV. Since Whirlwind isn't an egg move in gen III, it isn't possible to have the two moves on a Snorlax.

Wolflare's correct, it appears it isn't possible for Snorlax to have both moves.
As far as HGSS is concerned though, you can breed Snorlax with a few species to learn Counter as well.

Sleep Talk and Counter is noob. Sleep Talk Counter literally fails if you use it. :/ Use Body Slam over it.

Use simple q+a thread next time.
