here is my team any suggestions for items, switching out moves, or switching out a pokemon for another one any help would be appreciated

Items and EVs would totally be appreciated.

I'll assume this is Gen V, with some Gen VI focus mixed in.

Ferrothorn is ABSOLUTE Taunt bait with its current move set. It really needs an offensive move somewhere, like Gyro Ball and Power Whip, its strongest STAB moves. Preferred EV spread is 252 HP/48 Def/208 SDef and the item should be Leftovers.

Gardevoir's moveset looks offensive yet it's using a defensive nature? Pointless:
    -Will-o-Wisp
    -Wish/Pain Split
    -Protect/Heal Bell
    -Psychic/Moonblast
    Nature: Calm
    EVs: 252 HP/4 Def/252 SDef
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Trace

    or
    -Psychic
    -Moonblast
    -Focus Blast
    -Trick/Thunderbolt
    Nature: Timid/Modest
    EVs: 4 Def/252 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Choice Specs/Choice Scarf
    Ability: Trace

Really, the only Pokemon who benefits from Espeon's Calm Mind boosts is Gardevoir, and no one else, so BPing boosts is pointless:
    -Reflect
    -Light Screen
    -Psychic/Psyshock
    -Baton Pass/Hidden Power (Fire)
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 252 HP/4 Def/252 Spe
    Item: Light Clay
    Ability: Magic Bounce

    or
    -Psychic/Psyshock
    -Hidden Power (Fire)
    -Signal Beam/Grass Knot
    -Baton Pass/Protect
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb
    Ability: Magic Bounce

Scizor's EV spread should be 248 HP/252 Atk/8 SDef; its item should be Choice Band.

RestTalk Snorlax isn't very effective, since Ghosts wall it entirely. It's up to you to add something else.

I don't see what you're up to with Haxorus here. Rock Slide is absolutely pointless, as its other moves can handle threats just fine. Iron Tail may see some use in Gen VI for Fairies:
    -Swords Dance
    -Outrage
    -Superpower/Low Kick
    -Substitute/Aqua Tail/Earthquake/Iron Tail
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe
    Item: Fighting Gem/Lum Berry/Life Orb
    Ability: Mold Breaker

    or
    -Outrage
    -Superpower
    -Earthquake
    -Aqua Tail/Iron Tail/Dragon Claw
    Nature: Adamant/Jolly
    EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe
    Item: Choice Band
    Ability: Mold Breaker

    or
    -Dragon Dance
    -Swords Dance
    -Outrage
    -Low Kick/Earthquake
    Nature: Jolly/Adamant
    EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe
    Item: Draco Plate/Lum Berry
    Ability: Mold Breaker

    or
    -Dragon Dance
    -Outrage
    -Earthquake
    -Low Kick/Iron Tail/Taunt
    Nature: Adamant/Jolly
    EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe
    Item: Lum Berry/Yache Berry
    Ability: Mold Breaker
