3rd Gen Contest Opponents

    pokemon contests in R/S/E were pretty fun, no? of course, to win the contest, you have to beat 3 opponents and their pokemon. and each time you enter the contest, it would be random who you would be up against.
    who do you think were the worst opponents to face?
    imo, those are:

    normal rank - kylie & baledy (ledyba) - the agility & swift combo was really annoying, especially this early on. not to mention that it has attract and baton pass to make the pokemon after it nervous, which is horrendous after it uses swift.
    super rank - sandra & boboach (barboach) - the water sport and mud sport combo is terrifying. so hard to beat if you don't have one of those 'startles the pokemon that made a better appeal' moves.
    hyper rank - elias & ninas (ninjask) - the worst of the worst. really. two startle moves, and when it's not last it uses baton pass and half of the time makes my pokemon nervous. ugh. -.-
    master rank - justina & rados (gyarados) - rain dance and hydro pump combo. ugh. and then if she's not last in the end, she knocks out the competition with hyper beam. :(
     
    I hate that one person that would bring Slakoth to like...every contest where it would do the worst and its moves would startle my Pokemon. And they'd end up WINNING. I can't remember who that was cause it's been a long time since I've done a contest in RSE, but yeah. That guy.
     
    Ugh... Justina and rados like you mentioned was a nightmare... Now Everytime I see them on a contest I'd just restart my game. If I recall Sasha and rodlect was incredibly annoying also, always jamming my pokemon and making it nervous... and in the end they'd use explosion which wins them +8 hearts... :tired:
     
    I found the Pokemon trainers that would use moves that won't let them appeal anymore during the 1st or 2nd round hilarious because they think that they will win for sure (which they don't). But the opponents that I couldn't stand are the ones that just kept on jamming just because they wanted to ruin the contest for both me and my opponents. I sometimes think to myself on why they would just keep on battling for
