In the wild, Isadora encountered a lot of wild Poochyena. Dolly had to keep her away from them while Carrie fought them off the same way as she had battled the Zigzagoon earlier. Isadora mostly fought Wurmple, Lotad, and Seedot. She had a tough time because her only attack was Growl, but Carrie helped her out a little. Isadora's level grew slowly until it got to level 9, but Carrie was already at level 12 because of the help she offered for her Ralts friend. Meanwhile, Dolly sat by a tree, tired.
"OK, no more battling, we've had enough for today..." she sighed to her Pokemon. "We need to rest for the night." She looked up; the sun could barely be seen through the trees. She decided to go with her Pokemon to find a place to stay for the night.

The three traveled on and on, not finding any means of civilization. Dolly had forgotten to bring camping equipment with her. Carrie eventually had to teleport them back to Oldale to spend the night. And next morning, more training...

Shinin went to route 102. Suddenly, a Seedot attacked him. "Go Waspoison!" said Shinin as he threw Waspoison's pokeball. "Waspoison use Fury Attack!" said Shinin. Waspoison slashed the Seedot a couple times. Shinin threw a pokeball at the Seedot. He caught it. "Yes!" he said. He nicknamed his new Seedot Leafir.

Lil' Schu jogged to Rt. 102. While jogging, she stumbled over something. Stupid rocks...wait! That's not a rock! That's a potion! Cool!Lil' Schu thought to herself. Gently, she picked it up and put it in her pack. She started walking again. Suddenly, Lil' Schu heard something! "Dot, Seedot." "Ugh, that's so ugly! Hideous! Rui, Kill that thing! Twister!"Lil' Schu screamed. "Tini!" It's not dead!"Rui! Again!" That time Rui was successful. And the best part is, she grew a level! Lil' Schu continued to jog around. Next, she ran into a lvl. 7 wingull! Not again! Maybe this time I'll catch it. "Go! Rui! Twister!" The Wingull was paralyzed, so she threw a pokeball. It shook four times...Lil' Schu had caought wingull! I'll nickname him SeaBlade!

as i walked out on route 101 i saw a poochena i battled it and captured it (don't want to make a battle scene X_X) then i walked to Oldale to get my pokemon healed *2 hours later* "Well your pokemon are healed now" "Thank you Joy" "No problem she answered as i went on to Petalburg i saw a green and white pokemon floating a couple of inches above ground "go eevee" i said (this time a battle scene is coming up) "Vee" it said "Eevee use tackle" Eevee ran and tackled ralts and it was hit hard "Go pokeball" i said as i threw a pokeball on Ralts to capture it *makes rumble noise and stops rumbling -ting- it's captured* "Yay i captured Ralts" "Vee" Eevee said "Back Eevee" as the light enveloped the eevee i saw it was holding something in it's mouth and it wouldn't go inside it's pokeball "Want to stay out Eevee?" "Vee" "Ok but what is that in your mouth" "Vee" is said and dropped it, it was an special rare candy which made the pokemon go like 6 levels up in a row so i cut it into 3 parts and gave them to my pokemon

Shinin trained his Pidgeagle up to level 11, his Waspoison up to level 12, and his Leafir up to level 11. He went into Petalburg City.

ic: as i walked into petalburg with Eevee a couple of trainers came up to me and said: "Hey nice Eevee how did it's fur get all golden and stuff" "Well it was born that way and it is also more powerful than other eevee's" "Ok" they said and walked off i saw the market and went inside to buy a old rod and some pokeballs and greatballs and then i went down to the water and used my old rod to get a Corpish on the hook as i tried to reel it in i saw a Staryu lying on the beach hurt and all alone so i pulled the corpish and told Eevee to knock it out with Tackle and Quick Attack after a short fight i used a Great Ball to capture it and then i went as fast as i could over to the Staryu and p took it and ran to the pokemon canter and asked Joy: "Will he make it?" "I'm sure that your Staryu are going to be fine"she said "But..."i was cut off "It's healed now and i think that it will thank you" the Staryu jumped on to me and went into one of my pokeballs "Well thanks for saving it Joy" i said "No Problem" she said and then i went down to the beach again and used my Old Rod once again and i hooked a Feebas i pulled it onto land and told Eevee to Tackle and Quick Attack it then it used Water Gun on Eevee "Go Great Ball" i said and captured it

Jacob ran quick through route 102, and came to Petal burg city, he knew that the gym leader was here, but he wanted to add some to his team first, so he came, and went to the shore, hoping to find a Staryu, he did, so he ordered his Poochyena forward, Poochyena, tackle, now! then the Staryu used tackle, then Pochyena used Tackle again, and Jacob used a poke ball! it moved for a few seconds...Then it was caught! then he went to route 102 to train a bit, and now here is his team:

Shinin bought a great ball. Shinin saw a Staryu. He sent out Leafir. "Leafir use Bullet Seed!" said Shinin. Leafir shot seeds at the Staryu. The Staryu used Rapid Spin. Leafir used Bullet Seed again and Shinin caught the Staryu with his great ball and named it Psystar.

OOC:i'm gonna do it in 1st person now, it's easier for me. ^_^ and norman's got gonbe? we don't even know hat attacks he has! o.0

I healed my pokemon in oldale town, then sprinted to Petalburg, carefully avioding any trainer battles along the way. I reached Petalburg, panting vigorously. I'm here! Finally! let's go get a drink out of that pond! i walked over to the pond, drank about half of it, and went to the gym. "Petalburg City Gym, Leader: Norman" maybe i should train a lil' more before i challenge this guy. yeah, definetly (sp?) train some more. hmm...i'll need a goal. maybe lvl. 10 for all my guys? that sounds good! curd, now i'm gonna hafta retrace my steps and battle all those trainers...dang...oh well! i went back to the rt. between oldale and petalburg(i can't remember what it's called! *hides*) and spotted a trainer. i walked up to them, and the battle began. turns out it was a lass, also training for the Petalburg Gym challenge. I easily defeated her mudkip and charmander quite easily with SeaBlade and Rui. Well, not so easily with Rui vs. Mudkip, but hey, i beat her and that's all that counts rite? anyways, back on subject. they both went up 2 levels! (ok, so that's alot 4 one pkmn, but i don't wanna rite out all the battles XP) great, only 1 more lvl for these 2! i found double battle with a Jr. and Sr. as the trainers. it wasn't too hard, all they had was a tyrogue(whcih proved hard for my Ziggy, but not extrememly tough) and a togepi. (i'm not thinking today :P) Rui grew to lvl. 10, and Ziggy grew to lvl.8 and almost to lvl. 9! all it needs is 7 exp. or something! i searched somemore and found Bug Catcher Bob (o.0) who had a weedle, caterpie, and a kakuna. All of my Pokemon grew to lvl. 10! and even better, Ziggy learned Headbuttm Rui learned Thunder Wave, and SeaBlade learned SuperSonic!! i was ready to fight Petalburg gym. i jogged back to Petalburg when someone stopped me. "Hey, Lady! (why oh why oh WHY do they call me lady?)you're gonna challenge the gym here right?" i turned around and saw that it was a boy with dark sunglasses covering about 1/2 of his face. That's odd..."Yeah, so waht's that matter to you?" i spat back at him. Literally. "i'm the test to see if ya can get into the gym. Beat me and go on into the gym...if you lose, you'll never move on outa here!" He sounded serious about it. So i took him on. "Let's see what you've got!" as he sent out a Cyndaquil. "Go, Rui! Twister!" "Tini!" The attack lifted the Cyndaquil off of the gorund Woah, that's a really strong twister!! The bodyguard seemed a little shocked. "Cyndaquil, Ember!" 3 spurts of flame came out of the Cyndaquil's back. They hit Rui, but, thankfully, not that hard. "rui, show him waht ya've got with another Twister!" Same story as the 1st one. the Cyndaquil fainted, and Rui grew to lvl. 11. "Urgh, you're strong...but i'm not done yet! Go, Lotad!"'The man seemed quite angry."Good job, Rui. Return. Go! SeaBlade! Gust!" before the Lotad even got a chance to attack, it fainted. "Good job , SeaBlade!" "Urgh!!...Fine, go on in...but you've only seen half of what Norman can do to you!" Then he walked off. Ok then...that was strange. I entered the gym. Norman, was, well, just standing there! He said to me, "Ah, at last, a challenger. What is your name?" I answered him a lil' quietly, "Lil' Schu." "Shall we get the battle started Lil' Schu?" "Sure. that's what i came here to do! Go, Ziggy!" "Fine. Go, Dunsparce! *insert move*!" About time!"Headbutt, Ziggy!" Ziggy rammed into the Dunsparce. it was so hard, that the dunsparce fell into norman, and fainted. "return dunsparce, and go, Slakoth! Scratch!" the scratch barely even left a mark. Ziggy, Headbutt!" Same story as dunsparce...ya get the point. Oh, and Ziggy grew to lvl. 11 as well. "Go! Gonbe! Tackle!"This is an odd pokemon...never seen it before...but it's time to switch out."Go! Rui! Thunder Wave!" the shock paralyzed the pokemon. "Good. Gonbe, Rest." Oh Crud. Maybe i can work this out ot a good thing. "Rui, use your most powerful Twister" "Dra...Tin...I!!" *sighs* that was a good day for Rui. that twister must have been the size of a bull!" Gonbe was toast. Rui grew to lvl. 11. "Very good, Lil' Schu. i now will give you the Balance Badge, and TM42, which contains Facade. If you have a status condition, your attack will be raised. now go on, Lil' Schu, and earn more badges!" i went to the PokeCenter and healed my Pokemon, then i went to the PokeMart. There, i bought an Old Rod, some PokeBalls, and some potions (6 potions, 4 balls). After that, i went to the pond where i previously had drunk out of and fished...i waited 4 whole hours before i got something! oh it was just a lvl. 9 magikarp... but Magicarp can be good, sometimes! i told myself. "Go, Rui, Thunder Wave!" I threw a pokeball at it...1 shake...2 shakes...crud! it broke! "Return, Rui, Go, Ziggy, Tackle!" Let's see if this works now...Once again, i threw a pokeball. 1 shake...2 shakes...3 shakes...4 shakes..no shakes!! yes!hmm...Nickname...I got it! Magic Harp!(brilliant nickname huh? XD)

Shinin walked into the gym. He saw Norman. "I want to battle you." said Shinin.
"OK" said Norman. "Go Dunsparce!" he said as he sent out his Dunsparce.
"Go Psystar!" said Shinin as he sent out Psystar. "Psystar use Water Gun!" Psystar shot water at the Dunsparce.
"Dunsparce use Tackle!" said Norman. Dunsparce missed Psystar.
"Psystar use Bubblebeam!" said Shinin. Dunsprace was now very weak.
"Use Take Down Dunsparce!" said Norman. The Dunsparce made itself faint when it hit Psystar. Psystar survived and grew to level 10. Shinin withdrew Psystar and Norman withdrew his Dunsparce.
"Go Slakoth!" said Norman as he sent out his Slakoth.
"Go Leafir!" said Shinin as he sent out Leafir. "Leafir use Nature Power!" said Shinin. The nature power was Swift. Stars shot at the Slakoth, hurting it moderately.
"Slakoth use Scratch!" said Norman. His Slakoth scratched Leafir, doing some damage.
"Leafir use Nature Power again!" said Shinin. It was Swift again and the Slakoth got hurt more. Norman's Slakoth slacked off and Norman couldn't make him attack. "Leafir use Tackle!" said Shinin. The Slakoth fainted. Norman withdrew his Slakoth and Shinin withdrew Leafir. Leafir grew to level 12.
"Go Gonbe!" said Norman as he sent out his Gonbe.
"Go Waspoison!" said Shinin as he sent out Waspoison.
"Waspoison use Fury Cutter!" said Shinin. Waspoison slashed at the Gonbe and hurt it.
"Gonbe use Body Slam!" said Norman. Gonbe's attack did a lot of damage to Waspoison, and his Swarm ability kicked in.
"Use Fury Swiper again!" said Shinin. This time, the Fury Swiper did even more damage and Norman's Gonbe fainted. Waspoison grew to level 13.
"Congratulations, Shinin. Here is the Balance Badge and TM42." said Norman as he handed Shinin a Balance Badge.
"Thanks." said Shinin. He walked out of the gym and healed his pokemon. Then he taught Pidgeagle Facade.

BIC: Finally, Summer felt that she was ready to battle Norman, but....
"Not yet!" She groaned inwardly as she continued her search in the grasses near his gym for a Ralts.

"Now, let's see..." Summer paced around with her Vulpix in the grass, it curiously following her, unsure of why her trainer was simply walking around in the grass.

After a good hour of searching...
"Gah!" A small Ralts peeked out behind a bush.
Eagerly, Summer called out to her Pok?mon: "Go, Nini!"
Nini, in turn, lept out at the Ralts... And the battle began.
 
OOC: Capalex thanx for tellin me that! and Shinin, i kinda added a couple of moves to that list of moves for norman's pokemon. do i get 'penelized'? o.0

As I walked down the road, i saw a huge manor. That's a really big house! that's gotta be half the size of this city at least!! i knocked on the door. a butler opened it and said, "who might you be, young miss?(finally, some one didn't call me lady! yayness!)" I replied, "Umm...i'm Lil' Schu, and i just wanna know who is living in this place!" The butler seemed rattled by that response. "Oh, i thought you were a salesperson. the one person who lives here is Wallace, and i suggest you don't bother him, he has grown kind of... how should i put it? Grumpy. For your own good, i suggest you run along now." i gladly took his advice and started down the road to Petalburg Forest. Once again, guess who stopped me. the guy with the sunglasses. He said to me, "So, You beat Norman then?" And once again, i replied to him, with the same spit, "yeah, i did. so i suppose ya wanna battle me now?" "Got that Right little missy, so...Go! Lombre!" I thought a bit and then i sent out SeaBlade."Gust, SeaBlade!" But this time, it didn't kill him. "Can you tell i've improved from last time? Lombre, Absorb!" It shocked SeaBlade, a lil'. but not enough. "Gust again, SeaBlade!" That time did the trick. Lombre went down. "urgh...Go, Quilava! Flame Wheel!" "Wingull..." It had fainted my Wingull! Drat! "Go, Ziggy! Headbutt that Quilava into oblivion!" Apperently, Ziggy understood me. it did just that; heh, it must have knocked that Quilava 200 feet back! "Qui? Lava..." Yes! i had fainted it! "I'm not done yet Missy! Go, Nuzleaf! Body Slam it!" No! "Zigzag..." Ziggy was down for the count! "Ah...Go! Rui! Thunder Wave!" That Man looked startled. "No! Nuzleaf, Dodge it!" But it was too late. the Nuzleaf couldn't move! "NOW! Rui! Twister!" Apparently, that man hadn't gotten much stronger since our last encounter....the twister fainted him in 1 hit! (BTW, Everyone in my party that participated in the battle grew one lvl, except for Rui, who grew 2 lvls.) "Fine! Go on then! but this won't be the last time we meet!" i think he's stalking me...(I'd go on into the forest, but i need to know what pkmn we meet in there!)

im too lazt to right down details right now, so ill just say this: Jacob walked into the peatlburg gym and challeneged norman, he wasnt seen for anuther hour. when he came out, he had 1 badge
 
kirby u can join if u can go from littleroot to petalburg and beat norman in just a couple posts
