    does anyone have any cool apps that they know about. free ones mostly. things like rainmeter and object dock
     
    ummmm go search for it yourself online, you never know where you can find them, but as for me, I really can't think of one as of now

    What kind of thing are you looking for? I use a lot of freeware (and free software), so depending on what you're looking for, I can probably help. If you just want cool stuff, here's an application that lets you set full-window transparency for any window in 2000 or XP (probably works on Vista and 7, too). There's also the Virtual Desktop Manager XP Power Toy, which also probably works on Vista and 7 (lets you manage up to four different desktops).
     
    yh im looking for things like that. and if im not going to use it i wont download it
