Cool Type combos

    What kind of types do you think would be cool on a pokemon?

    I recently came up with an idea for Steel/Dragon. Only weak against Ground and Fighting attacks, and even then, as a steel type it would most likely have a godly defense. lol, and imagine one with Levitate...........*drools
     
    You know, there already is a no weakness pok?mon. Sableye, Dark/Ghost. Give it Wonder Guard and you've got an unstopable juggernaught. XD But Steel/Dragon...yes, that one would have to look cool too, ne? Although I have to admit that a Bug/Dragon would be quite amusing too. Maybe not particularly strong, but certainly amusing. ^^ Oh...and Ground/Dark, a pok?mon that would completely stump those nasty little Thunderbolt/Psychic Misdreavuses out there. And finally, Ghost/Normal, a combination that would only be weak against Dark types and would give the old Brick Break/Shadow Ball combo a blind spot. ^^
     
    Some of my made up Pok?mon have nice combos. Ghost/Psychic, Flying/Fighting and Ground/Poison. I'm not sure if the last one already exists though.

    Sableye is way too weak to survive a normal hit, so why would it need Weakness anyway? xD

    Yes, Latias and Latios are Dragon Psychic.
    And don't go offtopic, but I can tell you I'm not American either.
     
    too bad they didn't make skarmony a steel/dragon, it's just steel/flying right?
    I think that anything with dragon would be cool(since dragon's only weakness is ice right?). but more preferably the "cooler" types like dark/dragon steel/dragon physcic/dragon(like latias and latios!). Hmm oh yes, ghost/dragon, that would be awesome.

    how about "impossible types" like electric/rock or fire/water? lol, that would be very odd.

    Pfft...now that is a missconception. Stick all the EVs into HP and both defenses and then give it Bold or Calm nature and Night Shade/Seismic Toss/Knock Off/Recover for a moveset and it can cause some pretty nasty damage, especially in the UU metagame. Plus, we're discussing type combinations here not pok?mon statlines, and if it had Wonder Guard it would still be a nigh unstopable juggernaught. xP

    And I'm a non-American too, although I do wonder how that is in any way relevant to this discussion. o_O

    Dont forget the HP EVs as well.
    Personally i also want to see Bug/Dark; my two favorite types.
     
    Water/FIre would be the coolset combo. No weakness to water or grass and then it be able to take rocks and ground.

    Another cool one will be Dark/Psychic. Just a thougth.
     
    Well, I've seen a Mewtwo get pwned by a Dunsparce and a Tyranitar get OHKOed by a Delibird so I say heck yes! It depends on the Salamence of course, but I've actually noticed that many pok?mon I tried for fun actually worked surprisingly well against OUs. Like when my little CB Shuckle KOed a Celebi. XD

    I agree with Gian, a Bug/Dragon combo would be pretty sweet. =O I would like to see total opposites...like a Water/Fire combo. XD That would kick some serious butt. X3

    Um, there's Ludicolo for that. =P

    Well, I guess we can see some attack combos now, in the Mysterious Dungeon games you can fuse attacks. =D *imagines Flamethrower, Ice Beam, Surf, Thunderbolt, Aeroblast, Solarbeam all fused into one UUBER attack*

    Steel/ice, even though it would be useless against fire, the resulting pokemon would look awesome!:D
