Question: Copied pictures won't paste...

    As the title says, when you find a picture you like, you usually copy it, edit it, or just make your own and save it on your documents, right? I'm pretty much new into CSS, and such, and never really did it, but everytime I copy a picture from Paint, the "paste" option won't show up whenever I try to paste it on a post or signature, or anything else here on Pokecommunity. I can't upload it on the posts or signature since it has no URL, it's just on my documents/computer. Is there something wrong, is there an option to upload images from a computer, or am I just missing on something?

    Edit: Sorry for the post :( , I just found the answer. Can this be locked?
