If you registered a domain, a example is www.domainexample3322.com would the phrase domainexample3322 be copyright to the owner of the domain? Or would it not be copyright, and you would still have to fill out the form, and pay 20.00? (sorry if this is in the wrong spot)

Copyright does not protect names, titles, slogans, or short phrases. In some cases, these things may be protected as trademarks. Contact the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office, 800-786-9199, for further information. However, copyright protection may be available for logo artwork that contains sufficient authorship. In some circumstances, an artistic logo may also be protected as a trademark.

According to that, it would seem in order to own the phrase used in the domain name, you'd have to trademark it. o_o

Why would you bother? I seriously doubt anyone else is going to use the name AaronandJoseph :P
