Granted! But they don't obey you, since the final badge only guarantees obedience for lv. 100 Pokemon. Too bad! :D

I wish Charizard was part Dragon-type, not part Flying-type. (Same for Gyrados: Replace Flying with Dragon.)

Granted but that 3rd colour is INVISIBLE!

I wish I had a plusle and a minun, one sat on each of my shoulders like a monkey and they gave me a HighFive everytime I asked. EVERY TIME
 
Granted, but those high fives cause huge electronic shockwaves which will give you a bad hair...

I wish magikarp reverted back to prehistoric magikarp form, before it became weak.
 
Granted; prehistoric Magikarp is UBER weak.

Granted, only bad things happen.

I wish Wurmple had an awesome dragon evolution.

(BTW, magikarp was stronger in prehistoric times, it says so in a pokedex entry.)
