    It would be good for any powerful Basic Pokemon. And it would still count for things like Dialga lv. X, because that's not technically evolved.
     
    Sure, except that +20 HP isn't exactly going to help Dialga lv.x with its x2 fire weak and with Magmortar the staple it is. AMU really needs the extra 20 HP. Besides, they're for the most part the only deck in this format that only has basics (outside of techs).
     
    I've got that card in shiny form...got it a few days ago...
    About the card itself...its certainly a good card, as they're quite a few very powerful basic Pokemon with high hp and making them even stronger with this would help or it could be used to stall other basic Pokemon while you find their evolution cards. It's not the most amazing Stadium I've seen but it's still pretty usable. So it get's...9/10

    If you got alot of those Great Attacking Basics.. then this'll probebly keep them out there longer..
    Nothing for me though
     
    It's good as long as you have an additional Stadium to replace it at a later time. It's great for a setup and start though.
