IDK if I put this in the right place, I think it belongs here, if not could someone move it? Thanks!

Honestly. Even single episode, Team Rocket goes blasting off, leaving with little to nothing. My question is, do you think you could do better than Team Rocket? Don't say "OHH YEA IN PLATINUM I GOTS ALL THE LEGENDS I'D TOTALLY PWNN THEMMMMMMMM!!!!!!111!!1!1!!!!!!" No. Just no. Honestly, do you think you could come up with the schemes and the strategy to nab worth while Pokemon? Explain your answer pleasee (:.

To answer my own question, I think I could do a LOT better than Team Rocket lol. Honestly, all I think you have to do is play with for keeps (whoever loses turns over their best Pokemon). Also, I guess TR hasn't heard of the Safari Zones huh? Pay about $50 to get in, and catch every Poke you want.

Well that's my opinion, what's yours?

Team Rocket's stupid. They don't have any good plans at all. I mean, most of the time, it's Meowth who comes up with the plans. And Jesse and James go along with it! /facepalm

i think they have some good plans they just get to greedy cause a lot of the times if they just leave they might accually win

Actually, a lot of Team Rocket's plans would have worked if it weren't for terrible timing. They have the worst luck in the universe. Ash & Co. should be a little more nervous about them because just because their ideas have never worked out doesn't mean that they won't get lucky (or not get unlucky, if you can puzzle that out) eventually.

Although, yes, if I were Team Rocket I would focus more on catching Pokemon for evil training, not trying to catch pokemon that are already strong. While the latter plan might have originally saved time, I'm *pretty sure* it's no longer the fastest route.

What he said. I do think I could do better than Team Rocket, because I would be smart enough to figure out after having lost to Ash & Co a couple hundred times that I can't actually beat them. A lot of their plans would have worked to perfection if they had only waited until Ash & Co left the area.

I thought Meowth was only the technical expert in the group, since he's the one who builds the mechas.:P

They have had some very good plans, they had pokemon to a point where they could of taken them directly to Giovanni but they elected to take a break and eat. They should realize by now that Ash and company will always be on their trail to get their pokemon back. They have had numerous opportunities but have blown it. But hey, it wouldn't be the same without good ol' Jessie and James. xD I could of done a much better job and gotten away, and it would of been in the Kanto region. Here they are about 4 regions later still with nothing, I am highly surprised Giovanni has had such pateince with them who has cost him so much money.

Doing better would be succeeding just once. So yes. It's hard to portray Ash and his gang as real life people because the common sense is really lacking. I think most people would have success against them if they had any degree of intelligence.

Most probably, I would do better. All TR mechas from the Advanced Battle season and on are immune to electricity. That is actually a smart move to start with, because Ash's Pikachu is like Lv2000 at that time. If I was hunting Ash and co. with only some weak pokemon, an emotionless blue pokemon and a talking cat pokemon in store, I would try to steal their pokemon while still in their pokeballs and then run away. With no pokemon on hand and Pikachu being unable to hurt my machine, the "twerps" wouldn't retrieve my steal! (hahahahaha!!!)

I'll answer your question with another question: Who can't do better than Team Rocket who is over 10 years old? Hell, a 1 year old can come up with a better plan than them.

But, yes, I can do better than Team Rocket. You don't need huge mechas to steal Pokémon. Just steal the Pokémon by using a strong Pokémon to kick the crap out of the trainers and then the Pokémon and take them. Duh.

Team Rockets plans would work if.... they didn't always go after Pikachu. They always follow Ash and team and lose so if they just went to a different town/area they would get Pokemon not just blow up and fly away

You can't do better than Team Rocket because the writers wouldn't let you. I don't see why people don't realize that the only reason Team Rocket doesn't succeed is because they're not suppose to.

As long as the trainers did not get smarter.

Trainer 1: Oh Noez! That Rocket is running off my pokeman
Trainer 2: Oh No! Me too. I know!

Trainer 2 pulls out his pokeball and returns the pokemon.

    I mean seriously.

Hell, my plan would be simple. I would run up, kick 'em in the shin and then run off wit their pokemon.

Oh, and Team Rocket isn't half bad. All their disguises fool everyone even if it is so much as putting on a different uniform.

Well, that would only work if the Pokémon were in the range of the Poké Ball return beam.

Serously, if it was real, we should be able to do better...
1.I'd use trained Pokemon (I mean, they don't...). "Face my lvl 89 Chimecho" lol (No, better use Pokémon like Metagross...and ground-types)
2.Weird disguising and Mechas won't help either. They're ten, just beat the ****outta them (or have a weapon at hand). No weird motto. If we need still need a catch Phrase, then a shorter one will do good enogh
    3. Just follow easy rules and you'll be able to become a rich, evil overlord in no time XD (At least in their world).
Being an evil overlord is far better than being a terrible trio I think.

I think the main problem of our trio infernale is they're just not bad enogh to be the bad guys XD Whishing to be evil isn't enough, one has to do it XDDD (this is good in one way, but still, evil is fun XD)

Team Rockets main problem is that they get greedy. They get one Pokémon and don't retreat or store the Pokémon, they just try getting another then get blown up by the same electric mouse every single time. Team Rocket we're great at first but now they've turned into the annoying, reoccouring character that you wish would disappear.

Hunter J is over 9000 times better than Team Rocket at stealing Pokémon, they've never succeeded and they're always too busy concentrating on one kid instead of doing their jobs. I'm suprised Giovanni hasn't fired them yet. Team Rocket must be really unorganised for them not to notice that Jessie & James haven't sent them any Pokémon for over three years. (Other than Yanma which was sent back because it sucked so badly)

Just my two cents on this thread. Anyone with half a brain could do better than the Team Rocket members in question, I think Team Rocket has turned into a failure as a whole.

I could do better. If I had their Pokemon, I'd train them a whole lot and catch more. I mean, you can obtain Pokemon in more ways than just stealing. Not to mention I'd keep some potions and other health items on hand.

Of course Team Rocket isn't supposed to succeed in the series, and I actually like things that way.: D

Of course I could...give me a couple rocks or a brick. I'd simply separate Ash from Co. and hit him upside the head with the brick/rocks, same with Pikachu. Then run away with his pokeballs and badges.

Seriously, following a stupid Pokemon's idea = Getting hurt. xD I could do anything better then them, just flirt with Ash, sleep with him and when he's asleep escape with Pikachu.
