crashing issues

    OKay, my online pokemon card game continuously crashes each and every time I try to open it, always where you see the male and female illustrations and it never completely loads and then part of the logo becomes French o.O, it sits there then until it inevitably crashes.

    I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times, I tried repairing and nothing has worked.

    I have no idea what to do. It works just fine on my husband's computer and we run almost all the same stuff, so I am very confused.
     
    This isn't the place for such a question, as this is a subforum meant for feedback about the forum, not about games that have no affiliation with us.

    Would move this to a more appropriate location, but I see that you already have a copy of this thread in a forum more suited for this question, so I'm just going to lock this now.

    I do wish you luck with finding the answer you need, though.
