Nice! That Poke'Mon reminds me of a Raichu and Hitmonlee/chan.....But, we will wait for more people. In the meantime, I am just gonna Post a Created Poke'Mon for fun:

Looks: dog like ears, instead of hand there's fins, long tail, blue eyes and sharp teeth
Trainer: Normal/ water gym leader
Gender: F: 80% M: 20%
Ability/ies:Swift swim/ synchronize
