I was reading about Team Rocket then thought if you were a Boss for an Evil Team What your name be, Goals, Pokemon, and other stuff oh and it can be a good team also.

Goal: Stealing Pokemon, Implaning chips in them, releasing them back into the wild, they find their trainers, then with a push of a button, the pokemon turn on their trainers.
Pokemon Used: Mainly uses steel and electric type pokemon

Leader;Brock
Executives; Roark, Roxie, Roark's dad(forgot his name), Jasmine, all steel and rock/ground important peeps, E4 and Gym Leaders
Goal; To help with earthquakes, avalanches, other rock,earth, or steel-related disasters.
Pokemon used; all of the Pokemon used in their gyms.

Executives: The reanimated corpses of the Kaiser, Ghengis Khan, Stalin, and Attila the Hun.

Goal: Pokemon are ungodly, evil abominations that must be sent back to hell from which they came. Our team seeks the extermination of every single one of them by any means. We shall kill all trainers, claim their pokemon, and use Pokemon to kill their own kind.

Team Weather

Goal: To capture the legendary birds and Lugia and cause weather problems around the world, Turn deserts into Frozen Tundras, Burn down forests stormy seas and Thunderstorms in cities. ( when AZM was a little kid she always wanted to do stuff like play sport or go to the beach but every times she had the chance to go the weather would be bad and she couldn't so she wants to get revenge if she couldn't go out no one can)

Pokémon:

Grunts: 3 sets of grunts that jobs are to capture either Zapdos Articuno or Moltres and Lugia after the Birds are caught depends on their colour and to tell which colour they are is they were there colour on their shirt.

Red: Magmar, Slugma
Blue: Sneasel, Snowrunt
Yellow: Electabuzz, Electrike

Executives: Do all the stuff the grunts can't do (because they not worthy enough)

Red: Magmorter, Magcarco
Blue: Weavile, Glalie
Yellow: Electavire, Manectric

Leaders: Name and Pokémon saids it all, they make sure the plan doesn't fail.

Allies: Various Gym Leaders, police, the military, Silph Co, Devon Co, Poketch Co
Enemies: Team Rocket, Team Galaxy, Team Magma, Team Aqua, Mr. Fuji, Erica, Jasmine
Turf: The Kanto Power Plant, Rock Tunnel, Silph Co, The Underground Tunnel and Compound in Goldenrod City, Ice Path.

Trainer classes within the Ergenekon: Bird Keeper, Police Officer, Engineer/Worker, Gentlemen, Juggler, Sailor, Scientist, Tamer, P.I, Soldier (new), C.O (new).

Goal: The Ergenekon is a secretive, Far-Right Wing organization consisting of like-minded trainers, gym leaders, military leaders, corporations, etc that wish to use pokemon and their shadow-government organization to take control of the government in the three main regions. They are ruthless and will not tolerate anyone that stands in their way and their quasi-fascist and corporatist goals; whether good or evil. Although their primary enemies are criminal organizations such as Team Rocket, they have listed a "good" people; such as Mr. Fuji and Jasmine as enemies because of their vocal opposition towards the Deep State equally as scum that need to be put down. They are neutral in that they are crime fighters and fight for "good", but in a (at best) suggestive way.

Enemies: Teams Rocket, Magma, Aqua, Galactic, Plasma and thieves and muggers.
Turf: The 5 pokemon labs, Viridian Battle Center, Silph Co, Devon Co, Jubilife Police Station, Lavender and Goldenrod radio towers and Goldenrod underground.

Trainer classes within Team Shadow: PKMN Trainers, Scientists, Team Shadow members, Admins, Executives, Police Agent, Private Investigator.

Goal: Team Shadow's goal is to rid the world of evil Teams, thieves, muggers and illegal battlers. Most gym leaders fight alongside Team Shadow including former Team boss, Giovanni. Team Shadow are very secretive and perform many unknown jobs like spying on enemy teams, taking out the teams bit by bit and even getting Prof. Oak his daily "Mega Milk" from the clutches of evil.

T-t-team F-f-frost.

So yeah basicaly the team name obviously gives away a lot. Team Frost is an evil organisation, set out on a mission to turn the world of pokemon into a devastating ice age. But how do they do this? Team Frost try and capture Ice Type Pokemon; then controlling them with an invention called the "Warpizer" they turn every other pokemon that itsn't an ice type into an ice-type. However there is a secret resistance lying somwhere to fight back at team frost and melt their goals of creating a historical ice age. In order to ensure this thoughm they need to locate an icicle plate which will summon Ice Arceus to assist them in their chilling dream.

Below are the members and their corresponding pokemon:

Grunts: Grunts usualy dress in a white costume, with a Turquiose letter 'F' at the back of each top jumper ect. Their pokemon are as follows: (Have a maximum of 3 of any pokemon listed)

- Swinub
- Smoochum
- Snover
- Sneasel
- Seel
- Shelder
- Delibird
Executives: Executives are slightly higher than a grunt and can give orders to grunts on minor missions. Executives can have up to 4 Pokemon out of any listed below:

- Medicham
- Piloswine
- Glalie
- Dewgong
- Glaceon

Leaders/Directors: There are three different directors each with 3 ice type pokemon. These control both Executives, and grunts on major missions.

1. Chilliam - Mamoswine, Abomasnow, Cloyster
2. Arctica - Weavile, Froslass, Dewgong
3. Icica - Lapras, , Jynx, Walrein

Owner/Boss: Blizzard the leader of Team Frost has a heart of ice, and loves nothing more than soaking up the chill from a raging blizzard her pokemon consist of:

- Froslass
- Walrein
- Abomasnow
- Weavile
- Regice
- Articuno
