Create your own location

If you were to create your own location in a Pokémon game, what would you call it? Would it be a route, town, or city? Would there be any wild Pokémon available? If so, which? Also, would there be any trainers? How difficult would they be?

If I was to create a location in a Pokemon Game, I would probably create a city. The city would be one that has a Dark type gym. The gym would be in a tower. The city would be called Shadow City. The gym would be the final gym in the line up.
