Bup - Shoryuken (A special attack used by Ryu from Street Fighter, but MegaMan used a type of it in MvC2 called the Mega Upper. X has used it multiple times as well)
Bside - Rolling Cutter (Cutman's Ability from MegaMan, similar to Link's Boomerang)
Bdown - Leaf Shield (Woodman's Ability from MegaMan 2)

Final Smash - Super MegaMan or Copy Ability (Copies another characters Final Smash)

Taunts
Up - Does a peace sign and yells "Yatta!" or "Yeah!" (MvC Reference)
Side - ~Undecided~
Down - ~Undecided~

Entrance - Beams in as he does in his game series

b side: BAKI THROW!!!! chucks a random baki at an opponent.
snow baki: 7% forest baki: 9% beach baki: 4% and trips foes town baki: extremely rare!!! 25% far launching distance poor accuracy

b up: flip. a simple flip with great horizantal recovery.

b down: fake out. a counterattak. pretends a death and if attacked attacks back

FINAL SMASH
Wilfrey's secret weapon
wilfrey comes out in darkness form and throws tridents everywhere, each doing 40% damage at a 35 degree angle that can be manuvered while the fighter grows wings and flies to the top of the screen.

stage:

FROSTWIND'S HIDEOUT

a medium stage with holes on both sides that Frostwind occasionally pops out of (30%)

two soft platforms high above the holes and a cage with Heather in it near the top (if attacked Heather will drop food and sometimes even starmans!)
full ground ice stage.

Lol, Giygas is a must have character. Although, the Final Smash might be a little broken. As a complement to a MOTHER series character, here's mine.

WARNING!!! MOTHER 3 SPOILERS INSIDE!!!

Spoiler:

Brawler Name: Masked Man/Claus
Height: Slightly taller than Lucas.
Weight: Same as Lucas in Claus form, same as Power Suit Samus in Masked Man form.

Masked Man moveset​

A attacks: Similar to Toon Link, but faster.
Side Smash: See above.
Up Smash: Toss a Super Bomb into the air. Has a 12.5% chance of throwing a Smart Bomb.
Down Smash: Creates an electric force field that can block attacks.

B: Blaster Shot. (Charge) Can be charged in mid-air, and has stunning effect.
Side B: PK LOVE β. It's similar to Pikachu's side smash, but with higher knockback.
Down B: Super Bomb. See up smash.
Up B: Jet Wings. Its like R.O.B's up-b, but faster and lasts two seconds longer.

Final Smash: Suicidal Lightning. The Masked Man creates a sheild of lightning around his body, and sends it out in a random selection of three patterns. Anyone caught in the streams, or touching the shield, can't move until the FS ends. After sending out the lightning, Masked Man's armor breaks dealing 50% damage to the unlucky player(s) next to him. Anyone caught in the streams take 25% damage. Has the knockback of Zero Laser. The Masked Man is now played as Claus. Claus's damage automatically goes to 50%.

Claus moveset.​

He fights just like Lucas, but with twice the speed.

B: PK Ground (Charge) Tosses a ball of mud that acts like the Pitfall item. Cannot damage a person who is not touching a floor.
Side B: Spear Toss. Throws Flints spear made from the Drago Fang. Think Toon Link's boomerang.
Down B: PSI Magnet Ω. Drains 10% damage to heal Claus from anyone who touches him within 10 seconds of the attack. Items disappear upon contact during this move.
Up B: PK Thunder β. Same as Lucas' but is used twice in a row. Yeah, its broken recovery.

Final Smash: Drago Assault. Mecha-Drago appears on the stage, and explodes. Anyone hit by the explosion is SCREWED. Before resuming the battle, two Pigmasks appear and equip Claus with the Masked Man armor. Claus's damage automatically becomes 70%.

VERY broken character.

Runs in, trips, gets up, and dusts off his clothes. (Claus)

Masked Man taunts.

Up: Reveals his wings and chuckles evilly.
Side: Tosses his sword in the air.
Down: Hovers above the ground and spins around, generating electricity that does 5% damage if you get hit.

Claus taunts.

Up: Shakes his head.
Side: Takes out a knife and looks mad.
Down: Cries looking at a sunflower.

Can start as other character by holding L or R before going to the stage selection screen.

Final Smash: Gobble Gobble Gobble BOOM.

Pac-Man grabs a Super Pac-Dot and the player controls the route of aerial Pac-Dots and Pac-Man follows it. Any character he touches will be inflicted 100%, he appears on the other side of the screen if he goes through one side. When it's over, he falls... fast.

b up: hammer spring. hammers a spring that shoots her into the air.hammer 6% spring 6%
b down: hammer plunge. gets out the hammer when paired with knuckles in sonic advance 3 and plunges down for real damage! 25%

Final Smash: Safer Sephiroth (transforms into Safer Sephiroth)
Kinda like super sonic, but you have to use the attack buttons and have better control of him.

Taunts: Up: Does some kind of dragon ball z power stance and glows.
Left and right: Flails randomly with sword
Down: Stabs sword into ground

dude shadow wouldn't be a clone he could use some of the guns he had in shadow the hedgehog!
