Creating a new move effect

    Hey, new to rom hacking, but not to programming. I was able to add a new move fine, and was even able to declare a new move effect. However, I'm not entirely sure where I program the actual move effect's behavior. I've searched a lot of files and can't seem to find anything.

    Oops, forgot to add that I'm using Pokeemerald.

    EDIT AGAIN: Figured it out: battle_scripts_1.s.
