Creating new species help?

    Hello I'm new please be patient and understanding :)

    Ok so I have my own sprites and wanted to create my own species of "fakemon" now I followed the wikis site on creating one.. All you do is plug in info of your Pokemon in the corresponding areas. Well I used bulbsaurs stats I just changed a few thanks. I just wanted to see if I could make my own... I added 2 sprites in the batterers section With the correct renaming. I tried loading the game but I got errors. I changed a few more thanks around With the stats and what not amd got into the game but them when I tried to edit the position of the Pokemon I got a new error with all the pokemons names renamed to ????? Marks..... I couldn't find the create a species in the in game editor...whenever I push f9 nothing happens -.- please help

    Btw I'm using Pokemon essentials and rpg maker or game maker I have both lol

    No ones able to help me? :(

    Why don't you post this in the essentials threads?

    Also, there could be several reasons as to why your fakemon isn't working correctly, for example:
    > Too big of a name size (Maximum is only 10 characters)
    > Too big of a base stat (shouldn't exceed 255)
    > The moves learned are misspelled, thus treating it like you are calling a move that doesn't exist and creates an error

    Etc.

    It would be helpful to post the exact error message you receive once you get them, so that we know how to help you.
