I didn't comment, as I had expected such a reaction. "I didn't want Seth to see because he's unpredictable. How he'd react to a demon's precense might be deadly." I finally said.
The moon was at the sky's midpoint, silver and full. As I saw it I tossed back my head and howled, delighting in the sense of wild magic running into me. I reached the mountains shortly, scouring the snowy passes until I found a suitable cave, not too deep but suitably hidden. The human part of my mind had decided that this was the perfect place to begin the training.
<OOC>Sorry I didn't post here earlier. Maybe it's best I just drop out here. I think I'm too preoccupied with the other RP I'm doing, and I'm not skilled enough to do two yet I think.<OOC>
First things first I thought, reverting to my human form. I cut my arm a bit, not deeply enough for the healing powers of a Creture to kick in but enough to draw a good bit of blood. I felt the bloodlust inside me again but was able to control it better, keeping it up until I collapsed from exhaustion.
saphira was bored. she could be running around in the mountains, and yet here she was, sitting in the middle of a forest. "i need some... fresh air." she said to eclipse, walking off.
I kept repeating the procedure, cutting my arm and contolling myself until I found I could easily keep my wild half under control and only let what traits I wished show through. Now it remaind to be seen if I commanded wild magic or mere lycanthropy. But I was dead tired and losing a good bit of blood. I decided to leave it for the morning.
saphira sniffed the air. there where so many things a human wouldnt notice...
saphira took off at a dash to see what else was different. she could see things better. she could smell things better. she could hear things better. out of amusement a pleasure saphira let out an ear-piercing howl...
I perked my ears up when I heard the howl. Somehow my senses had been improving steadily ever since I'd left the dungeon. Unfortunatel, the rest of me perked up to and my concentration broke, the image of the hawk I'd been focusing on trying to become no more than fleeting memory of my mind's eye. I changed into a half-wolf, on guard and ready to fight.
saphira ran through the forest, as fast as her enhanced abilities would allow. she jumped or creeks and rocks, dodged trees and other woodland creatures, and even chased a squirle for half a mil. saphira was having a great time.
I had climbed a tree silently (although half-wolven features made it rather difficult) to wait for whatever was headed my way, still on guard although somewhat less wary than I had been.
