saphiras heart stopped. she had no idea what was about to happen...
 
"correct. One of the deadliest creatures on the planet, your lifespan shortens just by being near me. If I leave you recover. If I don't you die" I said calmly.
 
saphira looked at her. is this true? she asked, even though she knew it was.
 
Like in the cave I felt the sensation of someone else speaking through me, although this time they seemed far less malicious. Whoever it was said "Disciples of Mother Cybele are harder to kill than you think, dear child."
 
"I ment eventually. One day it will happen if i stay, it's inevitable, though it will take quite a while" i said darkly, finally extending my wings.
 
saphira remembered that voice. but it couldnt be...
 
"And I restore life, my poor child" the being said, contiuing to speak through my mouth. Whoever it was seemed to be a deity of compassion, not the havoc the Mystra had wrought upon me. The wilting plants seem to be coming back to life I noted subconciously, and even growing faster.
 
saphira watched. everything was growing... a little too fast. SETH STOP!!! saphira shouted, not knowing what else to do.

ooc: i`ll be back in a few minutes. i`m going to revive(sorta) an old fic i never finished.
 
"What? I'm a demon, it isn't my fault I kill stuff with my aura." I said, though I managed to keep myself from going too far with my words. Demon side wanted out, but I could control it without much trouble..
 
"And this child is a Wild Half" the deity said, keeping an even-toned, even kind voice. I had no idea of what that was until I heard "A keeper of the natural order. Death, life, growth. They're all the responsibilities of my Wild Halves. What does your being a demon have to do with what you do not wish?"
 
The presence left my mind, although I felt an immense sense of peace and well-being, not to mention an understanding of who I was. I no longer felt attached to the material world in the way I once was, but in a far more ethreal sense. I stepped over to Eclipse, cupped her chin and said "Death is not your domain if you wish other wise. It was the same with me. from Darkness to Light I moved, so too can you."
 
"true. but there is a balence that needs kept. I am that balence. The greater the light the deeper the shadow. I am here to counter the light beings, not by fight, but by presence" I said calmly.
 
"Then it would appear that I am your counterweight" I replied calmly, plucking a long blade of grass and putting it between my teeth, idly chewing as I slouched back on the water's edge.
 
"presicely" I said, flying over to a nearby ridge, mostly becuase I liked high places. There I rested, as I hadn't fallen asleep for a long time and I had been working on nothing but adreniline..
 
After checking that the plants within Eclipse's raadius were well I retired to my own resting place for tonight, a crook in the branch of a nearby cottonwood.
 
the nice thing was that no creature short of a human would mess with a demon. any and all creatures in the forest gave me a wide berth, and I was able to doze undisturbed.
 
saphira had dozed off half way through the conversation. she shook her head and stood, streching. after three seconds she got bored and walked off, into the night...
 
I had a rather peaceful sleep, better than any I had had in longer than I cared to remember. Sprawled out on the tree branch, snoring softly....All of it seemed more magical to my sleeping mind than anything that had happened recently.
 
OOC- This is gonna be from a while ago because Joe told me to.

IC- Kylee was flying on Silac when she heard a whizzing behind her. Silac moved quickly to the side as something flew right past it.
"Whoa, what was that?" Kylee cried out from the side of Silac's back.
That was a death raptor, Silac said.
Kylee climbed back on top of Silac's back. "Ok great," she said. Then she saw why it was called a death raptor. The creature that had almost knocked her off of Silac looked like a velociraptor, only it had black wings.

OOC- I have to stop, dang Mom...
