[Other] crfu and dpe tm expansion not working

I've run into another problem using cfru + dpe using Leon's Ultimate Rom Base, that being the TM expansion. I've properly defined that there's 120 TMs, plus 8 HMs, and yet testing it in-game shows that it only goes up to 50, as seen in the attached image. G3T also shows the key items between HM08 and TM51 as moves that can be taught through TMs (such as the dynamax band listed as being able to teach Dragon Pulse). Is there something I'm missing, or need to edit? I've done everything listed in the rom base instructions, so I'm not sure what to do from here.
