Name: Millie Woodshade
Age: 13
Gender: Female
Appearance: Millie has a rather avarage appearance, standing at a mere 4'5, however her hair is her main feature: Dirty blonde, with red highlights, and a green stripe on the front strip to the left. (the green part is dyed). Her hair is cut at an angle, with the hair being short on the back, and longer up front. the green stripe is longer than the rest of her hair.

History: Millie's life was a rather average one. She played outside a lot, had a regular number of "friends", the usual homework load, though she was still slightly smarter than average, making some teachers take a slight interest in her. But only slightly, nothing special. However, she has one "deep dark secret that noone must ever find out" (her words): She's obsessed with comic books! Ever since she was 4, she found her fathers old stash of comic books and has taken an interest in them ever since. (Due to all the exposure, she developed slight Genre-Savviness)
Personality: She likes to find the balance in life. She knows the differance between right and wrong, and wishes the world could come to peace rather than constant wars. She is rather obedient, but has recently developed the ability to double-think things. She is still slightly naiive, however. She doesn't believe in unessecary fighing. (She knows the differance between comic fights and a petty street brawl. She just doesn't quite yet understand that noones gonna listen.)
Color of Soul: Light Turquise
Weapon: A REALLY pointy stick. (yup.)

Pokemon: Pichu
Pokemon Nickname: ChuCheek
Gender: Male
Personality: Rather playful, he unintentionally shocks people. Being a baby, he doesn't yet understand how the world works.
Moves: Thundershock, Charm, Tail Whip, and Present

Legendary: Shaymin
Nickname: Scourgie (simply "cuz it's a green hedgehog!") (Yeah, StH Comic referance)
Gender: Female
Personality: Strong-willed in battle, but still rather friendly to those who are good. She is very protective of Millie and ChuCheek.

((That was fun to make!))

"What a strange day..." Millie lamented as she sat on the damp grass, finally giving herself a moment to relax. 'First it snowed, then it was lightning like crazy the next minute then hurricane-like winds, then sunshine for a minute then it rained... that's DEFINATLY not normal...'she then stared into the vast, now clear, sky. "I feel as though theres more to this..." she then shook her head thinking she was starting to go crazy. "Nah, I've been reading too many comics books." She decided to head back inside thinking all she needed was a good nights rest.

Suddenly, a bolt of lightning struck the ground behind her. Millie turned back momentarily, though not understanding why, as her brain was telling her to go inside-it was like something was controlling her. She jumped as she heard a squeal at her feet. 'did a bird fall out of it's nest or something?' She then looked down at the creature. She gasped at the sight "A green flowery hedgehog!? I must be dreaming..." She then noticed it was holding something. the creature nudged the paper into her hands. "a paper? What's goin on here?"She then looked over the note and read aloud:

"I write these letters... in hopes that anyone can answer my plea. My world... it is dying. The sky has forgotten sunrise. The inhabitants are falling, falling to this strange song and slipping into the most bloodstained of madness. My world is tearing itself apart. If this goes on... both our worlds will die. I can not stop her any longer. By the time you read this I am certain she will have captured or killed me. The creature who carried this to you is a Pokemon. In that egg with it is also a Pokemon. Please, with these two, please fight to protect our worlds. Please... end my sister's life before the Gods raise her up to immortality.

Child of Wishes, Aiko"

"Aiko?"Millie cocked an eyebrow at that last part. "This sounds like something out of a comic book... Am I dreaming or--"

"This is real." the creature repilied.

Millie jumped. "Y-You can talk!?"

"Indeed. Just like the note says, I am a 'Pokemon'..... a legendary at that."

"Legendary... Pokemon?" Then some gears in Millie's brain worked together. "Wait a minute... let me get this straight. I'm supposed to team up with you and whatever is in that egg to save the world from total destruction from some godlike superchild gone totally whacko?"

"Indeed."

"Sounds totally amazing!"

"Amazing?"

"Do you realize how often this type of stuff happens? NEVER! I thought this only happened in comic books!"

"My child, this is indeed truly happening, weather you believe it or not."

"So... do we gotta hatch the egg first?"

"Yes."

"Oh... by the way, do you have a name?"

"I am what is known as a Shaymin."

"Shay-Min?"

"If you wish, you may call me by something else- it is what some 'Trainers' do."

"Can I call you Scourgie? You look just like this one character from this one comic book I read."

"If you wish."

"What was that thing you said about a 'Trainer'?"

"I shall explain in due time, Millie."

"Okay then, Scourgie..." Millie then picked up the egg and cradled it in her arms. She could tell she was about to have the experience of a lifetime...

(((LOL, she didn't bother asking how Scourgie knew her name. That's Genre-Savviness for ya, eh?)))

(Yeah genre-savvy people just don't ask that stuff lol.)

Second post of chapter 1:

Whether you're going to school or not, you hear rumors already passing around you. How long until the media gets true wind of what's going on? Those of you in school are already being "interrogated" by your friends and hearing something. But the question is: are you going to tell anybody your secret, such as your parents, or keep it to yourself?

Millie paced around her bedroom frantically.

"Scourgie, what are we going to do? People are starting to get suspicious..."

"Weeeell.... would it really hurt to tell your parents? After all, they will wonder what happened when you come to my world... shouldn't they have a right to know?"

Millie seemed to be ignoring Scourgie, "And this egg!" She glared at the egg that was now tuked in her bed. "How much longer until this thing hatches!?"

"I don't know..."

Millie huffed in frustration. Her life for the time being was turning into a nightmare.

Archie caught a break. His parents had been held up by a storm, and they wouldn't be home for about another day. That one day wasn't much, but it gave time for planning. And boy was there a lot to plan for. He had school today, but called in sick. Wasn't a lie either, he felt like his head was going to explode.

Pacing in his bedroom, Archie took off his glasses and rubbed his tired eyes. Worrying about this whole situation certainly didn't help him sleep. Waking up to find it wasn't a dream just made him even more tired and confused. The Celebi, he recalled that was what the alien fairy was called, sat on a bookshelf with the egg, looking impatient. It spoke up "So, are you gonna do something or just walk back and forth?"

"I am doing something, I'm thinking. Hiding some freaky alien isn't going to be easy, this isn't a movie." Archie answered, annoyed.

Now equally annoyed, the Celebi protested, "I'm not a freaky alien. I'm a Pokemon."

"Same thing in my eyes. Stay here and watch the egg, I'm going to get something to eat," the boy left the room, looking irritated. After he left, the Celebi placed the egg on the bed so it wouldn't fall off the shelf, flying over to examine the books. She pulled one off the shelf, setting it open on the floor. Flipping through the pages a little, the fairy left it there, deeming it boring. She flew back up and took down another, examining it. This pattern continued until the Pokemon decided they were all boring. Hovering over to the top of the dresser, she picked up a catcher's mitt, inspecting it.

Walking back in and stepping on one of the books, Archie sighed. He set the two bowls of minute rice he had prepared onto the bookshelf, returning the books to their spot. He took the mitt from the Celebi and replaced it with a bowl, "Don't know what ali- uh, Pokemon eat. Figured rice would work."

Sitting down with his own bowl, Archie continued to think over what he could do. There would probably be questions about the crash in his yard. He could say that volcanic rock his uncle gave him was a meteorite... no, Kirk knew about the rock. Could always just say he found a little green alien fairy and play the joke angle. Nah, too out of character for him, they'd know something was off. Have to figure that one out when the time came. There was the problem of hiding the thing from his parents though. There was the attic he supposed, they had no ladder to reach it and nothing there, so his parents would never check. That would do for now. As for the egg, Archie figured he could just google 'how to raise an egg' or something. Yeah, that should work.

And the last big question Archie faced was when exactly this whole 'save our worlds' thing was supposed to start.

"Okay, we have to figure out how to hide you for another day. It was a miracle that my mother was delayed for another day, but I doubt that will happen again." The giant blue bird was grooming itself; it didn't even seem to be paying any attention to me. Well, perhaps it really was a bird brain, and I was just talking to myself. "Hey, birdie!" I whistled, trying to get the bird's attention.

"My name is NOT Birdie! It is Karalienda!" I jumped as the bird actually spoke. I wasn't too surprised though, some part of me had actually been expecting it to talk. "I have no interest in your petty concerns, thank you very much!" She turned her head away in a stuck-up fashion that I would expect from some spoiled rich lady.

"They are not just my concerns, they are yours too! You should know that, or are you dumber than I had thought?!" I countered.

"I will not have you talking to me like that, human!"

"I'll talk to you like that all I want, bird! If you don't want to be caged or cut up for examination or something, you WILL listen to me!" At this, the bird, er... Karalienda, seemed to calm down. She lowered her wings and sat on my bed as if she was sitting in her nest. "Look, we need to find a way to hide you for now. People were already talking about all the strange happenings that seem to be associated with you. If we don't find a place to hide you, then my parents, or even someone else, will find you."

"Well, let your parents find me. Besides, if they don't and you end up leaving with me, they will wonder where you are. I do not want the blame to fall on me if they do worry while your gone. Besides, it would be a pity if you died and they had no idea." I almost dropped the egg, which I had been holding this entire time. I ignored the death comment for the moment.

"Well-" I started to speak, but never finished.

"Sierra, I'm home! Come down, I want to show you something!" Well, mom, I think what I have to show you is more important. I sighed and set the egg on my bed, next to Karalienda. I walked out of the room and down the stairs. I gasped when I reached the bottom. My mother was standing there, holding the dress I had been looking at recently.

"Mom, you...," I ran over to the dress and looked at it, felt it, buried my face in it. It was beautiful. I hugged her, and then remembered what it was I had to show her. "Thank you! But, um... I have something to show you too, but, uh..." I was looking at the floor, thinking about what I was going to say. After a moment, I grabbed her arm and pulled her up the stairs, after neatly setting the dress down, of course. "It's kind of... well, I don't know what it is really..."

"What, did you find a dog with two heads or something?" She laughed. She stopped laughing as soon as we entered my room. "Oh... oh my." She gasped, "What is it...?" I handed her the letter, and she began to read.

When she finished reading, she examined Karalienda again, wide-eyed. "Well... well then... I don't know what to say."

"Just say that you won't freak out, you'll keep it secret and... you'll let me keep the dress!"

"Al-alright." She seemed at a loss of words, which was good for me, for now.

"Why don't you go... sit down." I lead her to the living room and left her there. I grabbed the dress, ran up to my room, put the dress neatly in my closet, and pulled out my cellphone. There was one more person I wanted to tell that I knew I could trust.

"Oh, that's nice. Probably the first sensible thing I've seen since coming here." Karalienda said as she examined my dress.

"Yes, it is. Now be quiet for a moment, I'm making an important phone call." The phone rang once... twice... three times...

"Hello?"

"Hi, Kris. I have something to tell you."

(Sorry this took so long. Have been posting on my ipod because my computer's been screwed up. It's working right now so...)

Len quietly entered his classroom, his clarinet case hurting his fingers. The boy rubbed his eyes. He hadn't wanted to leave the egg at home or the "Pokemon". However, something told him bringing them to school would have been dangerous. So he just had gone to school and was now setting his instrument up. As placed his reed as his mouth, there was an excited yell from outside. The other kids didn't even look up, knowing the sound of Mic screaming when they heard it. Len didn't even glance up, putting his reed on as Mic bolted into the room, running up to him.

"Len! Len stop dozing and look up, will ya?"

Len glanced up at him. "Mic..."

"Yeah, yeah stop dazing ya peabrain! I've found out somethin' cool so lis'en up!"

A blond girl walked up behind him and hit him on the head. "Honestly Mic, stop annoying Len! Can't you tell he's had a bad night?"

The redhead waved her off. "Allie, stop being a nag! He'll be over it when he hears this! There was a meteor shower all over the world! It was so cool! The news said that the odd weather was everywhere too!"

"So what?" Allie interrupted coolly. "Leave him alone and go to class you slacker."

"No way lady! Because one of those lights was by his house! Did you see it Len? Come on! Did ya?"

Len stared at him blankly for a moment. He wanted to tell Mic but he boy was a big chatterbox. So he shook his head no. Mic huffed and yelped as Allie literally kicked him out the door. Before she could sit down, Len grabbed her arm and whispered, "I did."

Allie gave him a curious look. "Why..."

"Later. My house. Please?" Sighing she nodded. She knew why. Mic was too hyper. Whatever it was about, she would believe Len. He was a good person.

~~~
Len smiled faintly, watching Allie distracting the Pokemon with her hand. She was okay with this. Thank goodness. If he couldn't trust Allie, he was in trouble. The Pokemon was playful and free, something new and good. It was dark outside and she planned to stay the night. Good because his parents were out.
"So it did fall outside your house," she asked, pointing to the egg he clutched. He nodded. "And you have to kill someone for the sake of the world?" Another nod. "Why?"
"Because if you don't," the Pokemon interjected. "Your world will die too. We're sure about that." It had taken a few minutes to stop Allie's screaming at the voice in her head. Well at least Len wasn't the only one.
"We?"
"You didn't think Len was the only one did you?" Allie and Len looked at each other. How many more were there?
Chapter 2: Invasion of Privacy
All over the media, there is raving about mysterious meteors and conspiracy theories. Meanwhile the egg is with you always, you reluctant to part with it, even after it hatches. One day you get a strange email. It asks you if you would like to play a game and give you instructions. What will you do? End post with your decision.
Eventually, Archie had to go to school again. Finals were approaching, and he couldn't afford to miss any more work. Not to mention their baseball team had a game next week. Fortunately, he was able to carry the egg in his backpack without much trouble. There he did his best to shrug off the questions in a roundabout way and get people off of his back. Some of his friends seemed bit suspicious, but most didn't press the subject.
Meanwhile, at home, hiding the Celebi had proven a difficult task. Archie's parents were home now, and the only time he had alone was when they were both at work. His father being a teacher didn't leave much time for that. At least he didn't have to actually fake sick, he was feeling off enough as it was with all the crazy lately. At the moment, he had just been dropped off at home by his father, who was going to get some groceries. That gave him a while to himself, and he walked into his room to check on the egg. Opening the bag, he found a little rock... thing sitting in the middle of a bunch of pieces of egg shell. The rock looked almost like some kind of shell, "Hey fairy, what's this?"
Archie attempted to lift the thing out of the backpack, and was scratched, causing him to drop it, "Gah!"
"Aw, it's adorable!" the Celebi commented after entering the room. The little bug thing quickly scampered away under the bed. Archie got down on his hands and knees to look under the bed, muttering something under his breath about the fairy's comment. Not wanting to get scratched again, Archie grabbed a hockey stick from the corner of the room and tried to use it as a shepherd's crook to drag it out. For this he promptly received a slap in the face from the Celebi, "That's not how you handle a baby!"
Archie threw the hockey stick into the corner he found it unceremoniously and walked out of the room, "Fine, if you're such an expert on this stuff, you do it. I'm going to go check the news."
Sitting himself in his dad's armchair after obtaining a bandage for his cut, Archie flipped on the TV and put it on the news channel. Apparently, his mysterious light hadn't been the only one. Thankfully for him, his parents had fought off the media hounds that wanted a story, so he didn't have to sit through some stupid interview about aliens. Taking out his iPod, he was about to google the happenings and see where the others had landed, when he noticed he had a new email. He stared at the subject. 'Would you like to play a game'. Archie chuckled a little, "Heh. Probably one of those stupid chain letters."
As he was about to delete it, the Celebi came into the room, ushering the Kabuto along. Archie got off of his chair and crouched down to get a better look at it. It seemed to be some kind of beetle. At the Celebi's insistence, he hesitantly reached out and patted it lightly on the shell. the Celebi smiled, "There we go. Everybody's happy!"
"Yeah, sure. You probably know what they eat better than me, and you know where the food is. Find it something to eat, uh, please," Archie suggested, correcting his manners at a stern look from the little green fairy. As they left, Archie turned his iPod back on and went back to the email, clicking delete, "Not. Even. Bothering."
Can I reserve Moltres? I'll get my SU up soon.
Jason had no friends or family to tell. So, instead he just kept to himself. He told Freeze to stay there with the egg while he went to fetch some food. He had gone into the city when he saw a small poster. It read, "The End Has Finally Come" and it had a picture of the scene last night. He walked inside a bakery and paid the man and then he asked, "What's that?"
"Oh. That's some bologna. Apparently, last night, there was this burst of light, and that meathead Tony Starlet thinks that it means the end of the world had come."
The baker handed him some bread and Jason left the city. But, once he got to the border of the small city, he saw them. Suicune was right there, but not in the form of Suicune. He was in the form of some young man. She had disguised the egg as a baby and walked in. He was taller than Jason, and his breath was cold. He had the same blue eyes as in his dog form. Jason pulled him aside.
"Freeze, what the blood are you doing here?"
"Calm yourself, human. I am here to accompany you on your quest for food."
Jason sighed, "I suppose it is better that you be in human form. Okay, come here, let's stay in the city."
"Does it not cost to live in a place such as this? How can you afford the toll?"
"I...my father. It's unimportant. Let's go, go, go!"
Here's my SU!
Name: Ryan Granch
Age: 16
Gender: Male
Appearance: Standing at 5' 9", Ryan is lightly tanned and round of face. His eyes are a steely blue, sharp and rather glinting (is that even a word? You know what I mean.). His sandy hair is wild and all over the place, and everyday, it seems to be different. No matter how many times he attempts to run a comb through it, the comb always gets jammed half way. His eyebrows are thin and kind of streamlined, and overall neater than his hair. He has a  round nose, and a thin mouth. His ears are slightly pointed and pink at the tips. He is thin and lanky in most parts of his body but has a slightly roundish yet muscular belly. His shoulders are broad and his body slowly thins from there, giving him an athletic appearance.He is scarred on the knees, and there is a long scratch on his neck from when he tripped as a kid and scratched himself on a nail on the sidewalk. His fingernails are short, but sharp. Ryan's wardrobe mainly consists of sports jerseys and gym shorts, and he is always found in sneakers. Around his neck is a necklace made ofshells and shark teeth.
History: Ryan is from the heart of Hawaii, and is the younger in a family of 4: Parents and an older sister. In the shadow of his prissy over achieving sister, Ryan was often mistakenly thought to be strong of body (this was true) but weak of mind and ambition (this wasn't). Ryan, as a child, was always treated as a baby who couldn't fend for himself: his parents over protective, his relatives and teachers over sympathetic. Frustrated by this, Ryan did his best to stay away from home, ignoring curfews set by his parents, and coming home only for meals and to sleep. Instead, he would go to school, where he was popular and was treated as a real human, and stay after for the after school sports and art programs, then head over to the beach with his friends, where they would surf till the sky was dark.
Personality: Ryan is a strong of body... And mind, contrary to the belief of most people (see history). Ryan is a creative child, with a huge imagintion. He tries to ensue his imagination in whatever he does: he is a star artist, an imaginative play maker when it comes to sports, and an ability to do 'beast surfing stunts'. Whatever he does, he does it with confidence. He is smooth with the ladies, and to his teachers he effectively uses his so called 'flaw'- he takes advantage of their sympathy to get out of trouble. He's painted the picture of an innocent boy with no thought of achieving anything in life. He is a polar opposite in reality, and has to make that clear to certain bullies who made the mistake of calling him 'Teacher's baby'. Torn between these alternate 'lives', Ryan is kind of short tempered: You could compare him to an elastic band- it can keep stretching, but eventually, it'll snap. When he does 'snap' he lashes out with words and torments them with his rage. This temper is also a result of his ravenous over-confidence and pride. He will fiercely deny accidents and always highlight his triumphs, attempting to strike jealousy in his peers. He is almost a zealot over himself, but lacks that cockiness found in people similar to him. However, almost controversial to his personality, Ryan is a glutton. He loves any kind of food, and will jump at any oppurtunity to eat. Eating is one of his favorite things to do.
Color(s) of Soul: Orange Red-Purple (more orange)
Legendary(ies): Moltres
Weapons: Two Katana blades.
Pokemon: Sneasel
Pokemon Nickname:  Shaman
Gender: Male
Personality: Shaman is rather cocky, sarcastic and sometimes sadistic, insolent and bitter. He thinks he is the strongest on and off the battlefield, and when it is revealed to him it is not always so, he creatively ignores it. Shaman is funny and enjoyable, and (though he strongly denies it) innocently immature, but when in battle he is deadly serious and calculating, exhibiting an almost scary cool.
Moves: Shadow Claw, Scratch, Leer,
Legendary: Moltres
Nickname: Azuki
Gender: Female
Personality: Azuki is the more mature of the bunch; almost the mother of the pack. She is helpful and resourceful, wise and calm, powerful and deadly. She is a skilled battler, preferring strategy over straight out assault. She is a source of help and advice to everyone... Everyone who she trusts.
Len watched her, Mew, fly around his bedroom. In his arms sat the egg, which still hadn't hatched yet. Mew, called Mii, was a very playful creature when she wanted to be. Len cocked his head slightly to the right. His parents weren't back yet. It was strange: his mother practically smothered him and feared if he was by himself he'd end up getting hit by a car or something, yet she was never home. He rubbed the egg in his arms. Next to them, the tiny TV blared.
Another silly news story, commented the pink feline creature as she twirled. We're not aliens or anything. There is one of us that can time travel but I haven't seen them in a while. Len glanced between the news article and her. Then he glanced down, a small gasp coming from his lips.
"Mii, the egg's moving...." True to word, the red and auburn egg trembled and was glowing softly.
Loosen up, Mii ordered. The boy obeyed, letting his arms move to his sides. A larger crack formed and the top of the shell began to move up and away from the rest. Eventually, it came off completely and there was a little creature sitting in the shell, covered in egg sac. It was a fox kit with one white tail. It yipped softly. Mii wrinkled her nose. Gross. You need a bath, she informed the baby, who yipped again. Len giggled faintly and picked up the creature, heading toward the bathroom. Mii followed, still looking faintly disgusted. Len had a feeling Allie would love it.
~~
Days passed and the creature, a Vulpix according to Mii, grew a bit more. Len called her Sarah, a strange gleam in his eyes at the name. Mii floated above the child's head as he typed on his computer. Suddenly, Len forced himself backward, shaking his head at whatever was on screen. Mii frowned.
What is it Len?
"Wrong," replied the boy, moving forward again. "That thing is wrong." Mii peered over his shoulder. The screen read: would you like to play a game?
What do you mean Len?
"It's wrong," Len repeated, clicking the "no" option. "This isn't a game." He didn't understand what was happening yet, but that much he knew.
-A loud metalic pang sounded loud in the mansion as a copper pellet rebounded off of a metal target, denting it and falling harmlessly on the floor. A silver haired boy, looking about 16 stood a few meters away, pointing his weapon at the dead center of the target. Seeing as the gun was spend, he jerked the revolver to one side, releasing the empty cylinder , and then aiming it vertically so that the empty shells fell out of the gun. He reached around, and out of a medium sized pouch at his waist, pulled out eight pellets, and placed them, each in their own slot. He pushed the cylinder back into place with his free thumb, then in a fluent motion, twisted, swinging his weapon arm, and pulling the trigger mid-swing, unleashing the pellet from the barrel.
From a slow motion point of view, one would see that the bullets path had been altered by its form of release, making it so that it curved around one of the pillars in his room and hit the manikin behind the pillar, causing it to fall to the ground on its back. Sky then dropped the revolver into his other hand, which he swung vertically and shot, causing the bullet to curve so that it hit the target behind him, dead in the center. He released the weapon, allowing it to fall before he snatched it from the air, and pointed it at the head of another manikin, shooting it directly in the back of its head. Smirking, Skylar looked around,and then swung the weapon around his finger twice, before placing it back into its holster at his waist. In his mind, those weren't just targets he had hit, those were people, and he had just killed them all, and he almost swore that he heard the "awesome" Texas guitar cord, that sounded in the old cowboy movies right after the hero had killed the villain in a standoff.
Smirking, he shook his head at the weak joke, and started towards the steps that led to the 3rd floor, his other room. This room, was a complete mural, depicting a world he often saw in his dreams. This world seemed to be filled with millions of strange creatures, none of which he knew the name of. The floor showed the grasslands, badlands, as well as the endless sea. The walls showed the vast forests and thundering volcanoes, who's smoke drifted into the skies about. The ceiling, which were the skies, was a blend of blue and purple, with few clouds dotting the skies.
He walked over to his work desk and grabbed his sketchpad from a drawer, before sharpening his pencil, and heading towards one of the windows that led out onto the roof. Stepping outside he expected to be welcomed with a cool night's breeze, and instead felt a snowflake flutter down and melt on his arm, leaving a drop of water in its place. The weird thing was that the temperature was about 85 degrees, the average of a summers day. He dusted off a small area, and sad down on the roof, looking up at the sky, his theory once again came back to bother him, and he began to feel a bit lonely, a side affect of his little theory that really couldn't be explained. What else was really out there, and what was he missing?
A sound resembling that of a sonic boom, and then a twinkle of light caught his attention, and he turned his head to look at it. As it got closer, it seemed to resemble a meteor... no not one, two, two of them heading towards him. He snatched his sketchpad from where it lay beside him and took a mental reference picture in his mind, preparing to draw. His hand in the pencil became a blur, flying across the limited space of the paper, catching every single detail that he could with his limited amount of time. Skylar frowned, seeing that he had drawn the first two meteors too big, and he looked up to get a better reference.
As he looked up, his eyes grew wide, and he dodge rolled forward, both the smartest and most stupid thing he had ever done in his life. Half a second later, the two meteor smashed into the spot he had been sitting, and landed in the art room, while Sky free fell towards the snow white grown, which he guessed was soon to be painted red. As he took one last look at the sky, he snickered lightly to himself. "What a waste" he thought, "I never got to see that place..."which was the last thing he thought before he closed his eyes. At the last second, two figures emerged from the hole in the roof, and sped towards him at an unreal speed.
When he opened his eyes, he was laying in his bed in the art room, staring at his depiction of two creatures, one red, and one blue on the ceiling. He looked over to his work desk and saw that his sketchpad was still in the spot he had grabbed it from only a few minutes before, and so he began to think it was only a bad dream... that is until he began to hear voices.-
"When is he going to wake up? Or his he dead or something?" One said, a feminine voice, filled with concern. "Nah, there's no way, since we caught him before he hit that weird dwarf thing in his yard, stop worrying too much..." This different voice sounded masculine, and a bit hesitant, as if he was trying to reassure himself.
-Sky swung his legs over, and stood up, a bit shakily at first, but he eventually steadied. His vision was also a bit blurry, but it was gradually coming back. He arched a brow as he beheld the two floating creatures before him, looking back up at his painting, then at them. The red one laughed slightly pointing at the painting of the blue one.-
"Latios, he made you look kinda fat, haha." The blue one growled slightly, before uttering a retort, "Yeah well, he made you skinny, but forget that. There is a reason we are here." This caused the red one to pout, grumbling under her breath. "Your no fun brother... but it is true." She then floated over and handed a letter to Sky, which he took slowly, expecting it to blow up in his face. He eventually began to read.
"I write these letters... in hopes that anyone can answer my plea. My world... it is dying. The sky has forgotten sunrise. The inhabitants are falling, falling to this strange song and slipping into the most bloodstained of madness. My world is tearing itself apart. If this goes on... both our worlds will die. I can not stop her any longer. By the time you read this I am certain she will have captured or killed me. The creature who carried this to you is a Pokemon. In that egg with it is also a Pokemon. Please, with these two, please fight to protect our worlds. Please... end my sister's life before the Gods raise her up to immortality.
Child of Wishes, Aiko"
"Egg? What.... oh, didn't see that there." He walked over and picked it up, examining its blue and black design. He then walked over to his bead and was about to put it down before he remembered something. "That letter said... letters... how many other people are there?
-The two pokemon looked at each other and shrugged, causing Sky to close his eyes and shake his head slightly. But still he couldn't be annoyed, what he had been waiting for had finally happened! "Perhaps... perhaps I won't be alone anymore..." he thought, looking at the two bickering siblings-
((Jeebus Krust! It's finally done!!!))
(ooc: alright! I'll try to catch up to where the others are.)
It all started with the weather. The intense heat. The big flash. And the flaming bird hugging a red and black egg to it's stomach.
Ryan was slumped in his chair, shirtless, breathless, and sweating. He looked at the thermometer to his side. Just turning his head was painful. He squinted, narrowing his eyes to slits. The mercury was all the way up to the top. It was more than 150 degrees out there. Way too hot. Hawaii was mad hot occasionally, but Ryan hadn't seen temperatures this high since... Actually, he had never seen temperatures this high. He didn't want to surf; the water was probably boiling. This was one of the rare occasions he had been left home alone, his parents saying he wasn't responsible enough and that he wasn't ready yet. Ryan shook his head. He was 16. He wasn't 3 or anything. He hated it when people thought he was a baby.
 Ryan looked up at the sky, thinking about a surfing move and when he would get up to get an apple from the kitchen, when all of a sudden the sky seemed to flare. A brilliant light lit up the heavens, temporarily blinding Ryan. "What the heck!?" Ryan said, instinctively shutting his eyes.
When he allowed his eyes to flutter open, he saw a strange sight before him. Ryan had seen many things, some strange, some wierd, some akward, but this took the prize. in front of him was a giant bird. It had long, thick tan feathers, and it's head crest was on fire. It's wings were flaming as well, the tendrils of fire slightly shivering. It's head was bent, almost tucked into it's chest, and it's long beak rested on an egg.
The egg was blacker than night, with streaks of red running along it. It was shiny, almost glazed, and the flames from the bird reflected on it, giving it an otherworld-ly look. It was the size of Ryan's head. Every now and then it seemed to slightly pulse.
The bird looked up. It passed a piece of paper to Ryan.
"I write these letters... in hopes that anyone can answer my plea. My world... it is dying. The sky has forgotten sunrise. The inhabitants are falling, falling to this strange song and slipping into the most bloodstained of madness. My world is tearing itself apart. If this goes on... both our worlds will die. I can not stop her any longer. By the time you read this I am certain she will have captured or killed me. The creature who carried this to you is a Pokemon. In that egg with it is also a Pokemon. Please, with these two, please fight to protect our worlds. Please... end my sister's life before the Gods raise her up to immortality.
Child of Wishes, Aiko"
Ryan skimmed through it, his eyes narrowing as he read it, skipping a majority of the letter.. For a long time it was quiet, an akward silence in the air. Finally, the bird spoke. "Have you read the letter?" The voice seemed to be layered, seeming to contain several other voices speaking slightly out of sync. It's voice hinted at ancient wisdom.
Ryan jumped when he heard the voice. He stared at the bird, awe-struck. "W-w-what are you?" He seemed to speak almost in admiration.
The bird sighed. "Read the letter." This time, Ryan read it fully. He blinked. "Child of Wishes? Gods raising her sister to immortality? Two worlds?" He spoke with a sense of disbelief. The bird seemed to sense his disbelief. "This egg and I are proof that this is not a hoax."
Ryan finally looked up. "I'm Ryan."
The pokemon dipped it's head. "I am Moltres. You can call me Azuki, though."
Ryan nodded. "Well, let's go inside, then." He led Azuki into the house. She looked around. "Nice house," She said appreciatively. Ryan shrugged. "I try not to be here a lot."
Hiding Azuki from Ryan's parents wasn't much of a problem. The bird would stay in the house, and when Ryan's parents arrived, Azuki would high tail out of the front door an soar into the forests. Ryan would go in to the forest and talk with her. He surfed with his friends less often.
As for the egg, Ryan kept it with him, hiding it in his backpack and under his bed. His friends were curious about the big bulge in the bag, and the media came over once or twice, saying that his flashes weren't the only one and assaulting him with questions, but Ryan managed to fend them all off. It became very annoying.
Then, a few days after the  flash, when Ryan was in the woods with Azuki, the egg, which was in his hands, started to shake. It was slight at first, but gradually got more vogorous. Cracks started to appear. Azuki watched intently. "It's hatching."
Suddenly, the egg burst open. A small, humanoid pokemon appeared. It's eyes were closed. It was completely black, except for a few red feathers on it's head. An amber jewel sat on it's forehead."He's a Sneasel." Azuki said. Ryan smiled. "I'm calling him Shaman."
As he said this, the pokemon opened his eyes. Mischevious eyes stared at Ryan. Then a ball of spittle flew out of the mouth. "Sneas Sneasel!!" It hit Ryan square on the face. Ryan looked at the small pokemon with a mixture of amusement, annoyance and excitement.
Another ball of spittle hit Ryan on the face. This time the look was one of annoyance.
"Alright, the troublemaker is gonna need some food," Ryan said. "What do you think he eats, Azuki?" Azuki looked at Shaman, who was now raking his claws through the dirt. Azuki shrugged (Well, made a movement involving the base of her wings rising.). "I don't know... How about giving him some eggs?"
A minute later the pokemon was shoving piles of scrambled eggs into his mouth. As Ryan stuffed his servnig into his mouth, Azuki was staring at the computer. "Ryan, you've gotten an email."
"From who?"
"Anonymous."
Ryan paused and flicked egg bits from off his lips. He got up and clicked on the notification. The email opened up.
Would you like to play a game?
"Very shady." Ryan said.
"It could be a trap." Azuki replied.
"Gahfoo Sneasel wahooey!" Shaman
said.
Ryan shrugged. "Well, I guess we could play the game. It could... It could... Um... Lead us to something." He said uncertainly. He replied, saying he'd play the game.
"What did you do that for?" Azuki was no longer her calm self. "It could be a trap!!"
"We're just going to have to get out of it then."
"Sneasel..." Shaman said soberly, almost as if agreeing with Ryan.
(ooc: There! Two posts in one!)
-On Terrence avenue, everything seemed to be normal. The teenagers were returning from highschool, and the sun was already beginning it's decent. Well, almost everyone had left, save for 1 redhaired girl and two boys, who had gotten into a little trouble in the lunch room. Sky and the other two teens exited the highschool via the front door, Sky snickering about somthing, the boy looking a little annoyed. Sky burst out laughing, and the girl did the same. Sky's eyes were growing tears as he attempted to speak.-
"I hoped you learned your lesson Latios, you don't throw food at people just because you don't like them. What's worse is that you got us in trouble too, but that was fun, so its okay."
The blue haired boy, or the disguised Latios grumbled and crossed his arms defiantly. "I didn't like the way he looked at me..." "So you threw the cheeze cake at his face?" Sky responded, still unable to remove his smile.
-The red haired girl, or the disguised Latias stopped laughing finally, and attempted to stop the little argument, saying. "Hey guys, why don't we hurry up? I want to see if the egg hatched yet, or if it's about to."
Sky thumped his own head, chastising himself for forgetting about the egg. "Your right, yeah we should hurry."
-Without another word, Sky sped off down the street, making a sharp right and dissapearing behind a corner, leaving the other two disguised pokemon to try and catch up with him, calling for him to slow down.-
-------------------------------------
-The door of Skylar's house burst open, as he ran up the stairs two at a time, until he reached the art room. Looking around, he sighed in dissapointment, seeing the egg still on the bed where he had left it in the morning. Latios and her sister appeared in the doorway, panting, unable to say a word as they caught their breath. The first thing that came out was the realization of the difference between running and flying. Sky turned to them and shrugged, before diving into the bed, next to the egg.-
"Well, since we're home, you guys can change back. I, am going to catch some shut-eye time." And without another word, he passed out on the bed.
-------------------------------------
-Several hours later, Sky was awoken by a shaking under his right arm. His eyes snapped open when he remembered the egg, and he turned his head so that he could look at it. The eg had several cracks, and it was hopping all over the place, so Sky had to make a diving catch before it fell on the ground. Pieces were falling off of the egg ,and Sky yelled for Latios and Latias to come, which after a few minutes, they did, and after they saw what was happening they rushed over. Latias put a comforting hand on Sky's shoulder, smiling lightly.
Sky himself felt a mix of happiness, fear, awe, and uneasyness. Different questions zoomed through his mind, regaurding the pokemon in the egg. "Would it like him? How would it act? What would he feed it?". These questions were soon interrupted as the egg burst open, revealing a blue and black pokemon. Sky turned to Latias, a questioning look on his face. She seemed to know what he was asking, and said simply, "Riolu." When Sky didn't move, she nudged him forward.
Sky stumbled before steadying himself and walking forward slowly. The small pokemon looked confused, surveying its unfamiliar surrondings. When it saw Sky, it jumped back, and began to growl. Sky didn't falter, and instead, he knelt on one knee, and held his hand out to the Riolu. It stopped growling, staring at his hand for a moment, before looking at Sky for a few seconds, and then walking forward, and hugging his hand. It then climbed up his arm, and settled on his head, looking down at him, causing Sky to laugh slightly.
"Welcome to the fam, buddy."
