Sure, since you basically as good as me if not better. Why not. But take into consideration if..

-They try to use a combo but it doesn't work, that's a plus.
-If they use some UU or BL, that's a plus. (Pokemon that are not overused like Rhyperior or Infernape are called UU or BL, if you didn't know that.)
-If they predict good, that's a plus.

And so forth. If they get more than 3 pluses, they're most of the time, accepted.
