Hey guys! I made a ghost team, just for fun (this is for pre-pokebank OU)

I did a battle with it:
    https://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/oubeta-71792158

    And here's my team:
    Aegislash @ Lum Berry
    Ability: Stance Change
    EVs: 252 HP / 252 SDef / 4 Atk
    Sassy Nature
    - King's Shield
    - Sacred Sword
    - Shadow Sneak
    - Swords Dance

    Banette @ Banettite
    Ability: Frisk
    EVs: 252 Atk / 252 HP / 4 Spd
    Adamant Nature
    - Destiny Bond
    - Taunt
    - Shadow Sneak
    - Will-O-Wisp

    Gengar @ Black Sludge
    Ability: Levitate
    EVs: 252 SAtk / 252 Spd / 4 HP
    Timid Nature
    - Disable
    - Substitute
    - Shadow Ball
    - Focus Blast

    Sableye @ Leftovers
    Ability: Prankster
    EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SDef
    Impish Nature
    - Taunt
    - Recover
    - Confuse Ray
    - Will-O-Wisp

    Trevenant @ Sitrus Berry
    Ability: Harvest
    EVs: 252 HP / 120 Def / 136 Spd
    Impish Nature
    - Leech Seed
    - Substitute
    - Shadow Claw
    - Will-O-Wisp

    Froslass @ Focus Sash
    Ability: Cursed Body
    EVs: 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
    Timid Nature
    - Spikes
    - Taunt
    - Destiny Bond
    - Ice Beam

I just wanna know what can counter my team or give my team an extremely hard time. Thanks!

Blade Forme Aegislash's defenses are incredibly weak even with investment in defenses. I'd rather stick to Adamant with 252 HP/252 Atk/4 Def, since this gives it more power behind the bat. Shield Forme Aegislash's natural defenses are high enough anyways.

Shadow Sneak is incredibly weak, even when it's used with Mega Banette's 165 Attack. Its support set should be using a Careful nature to help it take special moves more easily (admittedly, its Special Defense is decent); Will-o-Wisp can cover for the semi-exposed Defense:
    -Shadow Claw/Knock Off
    -Taunt
    -Will-o-Wisp
    -Destiny Bond
    Nature: Careful
    EVs: 252 HP/40 Def/216 SDef
    Item: Banettite
    Ability: Insomnia/Frisk

Mega Banette can also go for an offensive support set to hit harder:
    -Phantom Force
    -Sucker Punch
    -Taunt/Will-o-Wisp
    -Destiny Bond
    Nature: Brave
    EVs: 252 HP/252 Atk/4 SDef
    Item: Banettite
    Ability: Frisk

There are better options for Sableye to use than Confuse Ray. Confusion is one of the easiest status moves to cure (simply by switching):
    -Taunt
    -Will-o-Wisp
    -Recover
    -Foul Play/Night Shade/Snarl/Confide
    Nature: Bold
    EVs: 248 HP/188 Def/72 SDef
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Prankster

Thanks again platinum! I also switched out Trevenant for a tanking Dusclops, not sure if this is good or not:

    Dusclops @ Eviolite
    Ability: Frisk
    EVs: 252 Def / 252 SDef / 4 HP
    Sassy Nature
    - Pain Split
    - Substitute
    - Will-O-Wisp
    - Shadow Sneak

    Dusclops @ Eviolite

    - Substitute
    - Will-O-Wisp
    - Shadow Sneak
No, no, and no. Dusclops is too slow for SubSplit. It's also incredibly weak. Trevenant is well-known for its staying power through Harvest + Sitrus Berry, Rest + Natural Cure, etc, despite its average bulk. It also hits harder, and therefore, it's the superior option over Dusclops. Honestly, I didn't even see Trevenant on the team, but the EV spread of 252 HP/180 Def/76 Spe lets it outspeed Tyranitar and Scizor and burn them:
    -Horn Leech/Wood Hammer
    -Earthquake/Rock Slide
    -Will-o-Wisp
    -Rest
    Nature: Impish
    EVs: 252 HP/176 Def/80 Spe
    Item: Leftovers/Lum Berry
    Ability: Natural Cure/Harvest

    or
    -Horn Leech
    -Shadow Claw/Leech Seed
    -Will-o-Wisp
    -Protect
    Nature: Impish
    EVs: 252 HP/176 Def/80 Spe
    Item: Sitrus Berry
    Ability: Harvest

    or
    -Substitute
    -Leech Seed
    -Will-o-Wisp
-Phantom Force (this is to help stall to get a Sitrus Berry back if Trevenant didn't do so with Harvest; it's also only resisted by Dark Pokemon)
    Nature: Impish
    EVs: 252 HP/176 Def/80 Spe
    Item: Sitrus Berry
    Ability: Harvest

Thanks Platinum! I'm having trouble with my banette. I always overestimate banette's survivability so I always end up using the wrong move when I should've used destiny bond. Do you know by experience how fragile mega banette is? Thanks!

EDIT: Ugh I've been messing up my froslass too! Everytime I think the other guy is faster than I am I use thunder wave so that when I hold onto my focus sash I can destiny bond the next turn. But it's always either they get paralyzed after I use destiny bond or I already outspeed them :/

Haven't used Mega Banette yet, so I can't say for sure.

The main reason you're even using Froslass in the first place is for Spikes. It shouldn't try to spread status around. Sableye, Banette and Trevenant already take care of that:
    -Spikes
    -Taunt
    -Shadow Ball/Ice Beam
    -Destiny Bond/Ice Beam
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Focus Sash
    Ability: Cursed Body

I agree with what PlatinumDude said. I think Taunt, Spikes, Ice Beam, Destiny Bond - would be the best set to further your team's offensive coverage.

Thanks guys! Now I'm using this set:

    Aegislash @ Lum Berry
    Ability: Stance Change
    EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Def
    Adamant Nature
    - King's Shield
    - Sacred Sword
    - Shadow Sneak
    - Swords Dance

    Gengar @ Black Sludge
    Ability: Levitate
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
    Timid Nature
    - Substitute
    - Disable
    - Shadow Ball
    - Focus Blast

    Sableye @ Leftovers
    Ability: Prankster
    EVs: 248 HP / 188 Def / 72 SDef
    Bold Nature
    - Taunt
    - Recover
    - Foul Play
    - Will-O-Wisp

    Froslass @ Focus Sash
    Ability: Cursed Body
    EVs: 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
    Timid Nature
    - Spikes
    - Taunt
    - Destiny Bond
    - Ice Beam

    Trevenant @ Lum Berry
    Ability: Harvest
    EVs: 252 HP / 176 Def / 80 Spd
    Impish Nature
    - Wood Hammer
    - Earthquake
    - Will-O-Wisp
    - Rest

    Banette @ Banettite
    Ability: Frisk
    EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spd
    Adamant Nature
    - Destiny Bond
    - Taunt
    - Protect
    - Shadow Claw

However I've noticed because I'm so oriented on Destiny bond, I'm usually pitted with 1-2 pokemon by the near end of the battle. Should I include more "sweepers"?

Just my quick opinion. Aegislash is one of the easiest Pokemon to beat. I would suggest a Duoblade to stick with the Ghost theme.

    Duoblade @ Eviolite
    Ability: No Guard
    EVs: 240 HP / 80 Def / 188 Sp.D
    Sassy Nature
    - Protect/ Power Trick
    - Swords Dance
    - Shadow Sneak
    - Sacred Sword, Iron Head, Night Slash etc

This is a more consistent tank rather than Aegislash who is (IMO) very easy to play around as it's pretty predictable and Stance change leaves it vulnerable to counter attacks. I've swept teams with a build very similar to this, Shadow Sneak does a great bit of damage after setting up a Swords Dance.
You can run it with Power Trick to make it's already impressive Attack even more so without really hurting it's defense.
Just my opinion, and my own experiences.

Doublade is outclassed by Aegislash in OU. Even with Eviolite, its Special bulk is terrible. As I mentioned, Aegislash doesn't HAVE to use King's Shield to be effective.

I understand, I mainly play WiFi so I'm not that familiar with the whole Tier System.

I just find Aegislash too predictable. As soon as someone predicts your stance change you're getting hurt...bad. The set I gave was more of an Aegislash counter rather than a stand alone really. Again all my opinion I just prefer using Duoblade for consistency in its stats.
