[Other] Cross Platform Titlescreen Hacking

    Title says it all. Is there any way to hack the titlescreen that's cross platform? Can't get NTME to run and I just spent a good amount of time on a replacement sprite.
     
    Either I'm missing a really obvious button or I'm not able to run the two programs suggested properly. Any other alternatives?
